“Incredible experience!!! They don’t try to up-sale you. My 12 yr old told the associate what he was looking for, the associate listened and helped us find exactly what he needed. We also got a temporary platform until the one we want comes in stock, and they are delivering it to us for free when it does come. It’s been a stressful week and I really didn’t want to drive all around town. They had the best ratings and exceeded our expectations!! 🙏Thank you a million!!”

“Judy was really helpful and knowledgeable about all the mattresses available to us at the time of purchase. We were able to find 2 different sets that accommodated our needs in no time at all. I was thinking we were going to have to go to multiple places for us but Judy was able to point us in the right direction after listening to what we liked most. Her attention to detail got us in and out and set up with financing with next day delivery within the same shopping trip. I would definitely recommend Judy and this Mattress Firm location if you are picky or have a complicated sleeping situation or just have no time.”

“I haven't actually received the furniture we purchased today. So, I will have to update this review once everything arrives. At this point, I am thrilled with the process. Dale was awesome and made us super comfortable. He made sure we had what we needed to make a decision while giving us the the space to breathe. I appreciated his engagement and personality. We felt no pressure during the process. They had a solid selection but we chose to go with something out of the online catalog. I feel good about the purchase and feel the pricing was fair. Can't wait for the items to arrive!! I'll update then. UPDATE: we received our furniture yesterday. Dale was friendly as ever and immediately helped us get is all loaded. He actually did most of the work. We chose to put everything together ourselves. Spent a couple hours on it. Instructions were easy to follow. Furniture was packed exceptionally well and we had no damage. Couldn't be happier with our purchase! We will definitely go to Full House for any future furniture needs!”

“Excellent experience from start to finish. I had been shopping for a mattress for several weeks and had visited quite a few stores around the Portland/Vancouver area, and Sleep Bargains was easily one of the best experiences I had. The salespersons were knowledgeable, relaxed, and completely non-pushy (I really appreciated that). I was able to take my time comparing a few specific mattresses side by side that other stores did not carry on their showroom floors, which was exactly what I needed to finally make a decision. I was given straightforward opinions without trying to steer me toward the more expensive option. They also happened to carry the foundation I had been specifically looking for, so I was able to get the mattress, foundation, protector, delivery, setup, and removal of my old mattress all handled through one place. Pricing was great. Delivery and setup went smoothly as well. Overall, just a genuinely good experience top to bottom: good selection, knowledgeable staff, no pressure, very fair pricing, and great service. I would absolutely recommend Sleep Bargains and would shop there again.”

“I absolutely love the bed for my daughter! It is so beautiful!! The moment I came in they were really helpful in finding the type of bedroom set I was looking for. I came in looking for a specific type of bed set & a specific color as well as a mattress. They helped me find what I wanted and it was at a reasonable price. I purchased a queen bed set & a queen mattress. Unfortunately they didnt have it at the store & they had to order it. Which is fine. It took about a week or so to receive it. They called and setup a time for delivery and they literally were able to deliver that same day. However I was not available so we scheduled for the following day! I was actually very blown away by this because I have dealt with several furniture companies in the past, Once the product finally does come in after a month or so wait, then they call to set up delivery and then that takes atleast another 2 weeks for them to deliver it to my house!! Even after it has already taken a month for it to be delivered to them!! Which is crazy to me. But this furniture store was not like that!! Anyways, I want to add that they did however forget my queen mattress. I asked one of the delivery men where the mattress was and he was very very helpful. I could not find the receipt at that moment so I told him that once I do I will call the store and then we can further figure out what was going on. but he actually surprised me with his response and said, no worries I will call the store, they have a copy and we can figure out what’s going on right now. He was not rushing me, he wasn’t making me feel rushed and he had a great attitude about it. Because I have dealt with lots of delivery men in the past, almost all I have dealt with were always in a hurry or rush to get out of there. So that is why I told him that I would find it and call the store so they can leave but he was not in a hurry or rush at all. They did confirm that there was a mistake somewhere and they do see that I did order the mattress and he told me that he will be back. I asked him if he thought it would be today, he said it would be in the next 30 min! ? which also took me my surprise because furniture companies in the past, has done this to me a lot. They forget a product and it literally takes them another 2-3 days to come back. like when I tell you I have had bad experiences, bad it just an understatement. Sure enough, him and his partner were back in less then 20 min. The costumer service is excellent and because this has been so stress free, fast and easy I would recommend them 110% and I will definitely be going back for any future furniture purchases! I was told that they are a small, family owned business and I absolutely love and support small, family owned businesses. So that is why I wanted to leave a very detailed review, because I feel that family owned and local businesses take more pride in how they run things. Hopefully this review helps and whoever is reading this, if you are trying to decide on some where to go, well look no further! This is the place you need to be! Oh and one more thing, customers, please tip your delivery drivers!(only if it’s a good experience) Even if it simply took 5 minutes for them to bring it inside from the truck. Normalize tipping for delivery drivers like them! They do so much heavy lifting, so much driving and a lot more behind the scenes. I forgot to add, they have an option where they will put it together for you by paying a little extra! Don’t quote me on this but I think they said about 40? Which is totally reasonably considering the amount of work it took my husband to put it all together. I’m not sure if that’s a set price or not? I’m not sure if it goes by how much stuff you have? But just know that they do offer help. I personally did not need the help, but some people do. So hopefully that is helpful information! Thank you bed 4 less for this beautiful bed set and mattress! It’s not cheaply made at all! I appreciate your services as well!”
