I have dealt with several MetroPCS employees over the years, never really felt that my needs mattered at all to them. I was thinking about changing carriers my interactions have been so negative. But Khan at the Metro store on SE Mill Plain was absolutely awesome. He not only helped me with my issue, he went above and beyond!
