“When it comes to “taking care of the customer” Eugene is the MAN! My daughter brakes a lot of phones and I didn’t want to purchase another new expensive iPhone for her. I brought in my broke. Phones and he fixed a couple of them. He knew my budget was low so actually purchased all my other phones to pay for the fixed phone. I paid nothing and my daughter got her phone fixed! “I have been going to Vanc. Fixoid for years now and keep coming back...one example is...several major repairs of a dead hard drive with family pictures (before Google and iCloud back ups).the guys were able to repair the HD and copy all the info off to a new one..WOW...in the mean time I purchased several "slightly" used laptops for the students in the family.....these guys are the real deal....our family's home for support and repairs! Well done guys!”

“So I went to Livit mobile today and couldn’t believe the experience I had my wife has been a long time customer and needed her phone screen fixed again (she refuses to use her case, on any phone she’s owned) which they did and even sold us on an accessory we didn’t necessarily need but wanted, and it was a good idea and are completely satisfied with it… like over ecstatic and that’s from the stand point of we don’t need it. It was a good replacement for what garbage we were using before. the clerk Jon…. my boy!! Who we’ve dealt with on several occasions has great customer service and attitude. I made a friend today and several actually, he introduced my wife and myself to another customer we became very quickly due to conversation. Literally felt like having drinks with a friends of a friend. if you need phone stuff done. Broken screen protectors, thumb print recognition troubles, and how to work phone systems, professional, courteous, and just a down right fun time. Even when buying cases we all know the rule buy a freaking case for your phone. Or pay for a new one literally. Or just want to have an enjoyable experience buying or learning about phone accessories/wares this is the place to go to.It’s you boy Jon (Spelt the same)MIGHT I ADD Bilingually while helping us with our needs being met too, and multi tasked helping a little girl and her mother without making us feel like our time was being back burnered. This shop if I could, I would give TEN F@CKING STARS TOO. I will always shop here and if you want the feel of walking into your friends, neighbors and loved ones houses this is the shop to come too. Jon is an excellent tech he knows the gadgets and is familiar with any problem we’ve had. I’m not as familiar with the other techs but we’ve been coming to this store since they were originally located at the mall so I bet they’ve weeded out the trash techs you normally deal with. And if they move again…. We will find them, we will purchase their products and use their services, and we will become family… I have a certain set of skills and that’s making sure somebody know they did a great damn job”

“I went in earlier in the day because Metro tried to sell me a phone after having a problem with my phone. Ashley turned my phone on and found there was nothing wrong with my phone so I stuck it to Metro and switched carriers. I was in a hurry and had to go but came back later on in the evening where I was helped by Jarred AND Samantha and Im already super happy that I switched. This Cricket store deserves a 10, give Samantha a raise. Give Jarred a paid week off. Awesome work.”

“Update. I went to T-Mobile to hopefully get their internet service. The employee at T mobile was very nice and at least tried being helpful. The n Fortunately though, where I live TMobile not available to be hooked up at my home. Very disappointing since my neighbor right next door to me was able to get T mobile at their home. From what the T mobile employee told me, they try not to add more homes to their service then what their service can handle at any given time. So their customers have a good internet connection with good seeds. If that's the case, then that's a good thing for customers! I have had other internet service providers that really over load their system where there's too many people using the internet data stream and the internet speed slows to a crawl! Therefore I can really appreciate that T mobile wanting to keep the best quality for their customers using the internet! Just unfortunate I wasn't able to get their service yet! So I'm stuck with turtle slow HughesNet for who knows how much longer?”

“Even though we went into the store just before closing, the employees greeted us in a friendly manner and were more than happy to assist us. Sagey and Peyton waited on us, listened to the issue's that i was having and saw that i got the help that i needed to resolve the problems. They contacted customer care to confirm that everything would be processed to my expectations and even made a $1.00 payment on my account with their own personal money, to ensure activation. We walked out of there that evening, beyond pleased with what a positive experience it had been, raving about the quality of customer service that we had received, satisfied that all of our issues had been resolved on site. I cannot recommend them enough. This was customer service at it's finest and a thoroughly enjoyable experience!”
