Rhonda at Northwest Self Storage is an absolute gem! She takes great care of her customers, the facility is always clean and well maintained and she goes above and beyond. You can tell she really loves what she does and truly cares.

We've been renting here for a while and had to shuffle some things around recently. I called and spoke with Rhonda (on-site management) and she helped me with figuring out a solution. She really went above and beyond and takes pride in this place. 10/10 experience.
