“I rented a unit here for 4 or 5 month in-between moves. The whole experience was flawless. I used to use Fortress Mini Storage down the street off of Fourth Plain but due to an unfortunate incident I’ll never go back there. (See my separate review on them if you’re curious why).The individual at the front desk, who helped me set up was full of information and got me going without a hiccup. The facilities are immaculately clean. There is a covered loading area to be able to get your items in and out of the main storage facility without being in the rain . I was concerned with the limited access that it would get full, people bumping into each other but I visited my unit several times over the span of renting here and was always able to park undercover irregardless of day of the week or time of day.Using the public storage app to open the gates is super convenient. They also provide lots of rolling carts for you to be able to shuttle your stuff to and from your vehicle and unit. Once again mentioning how clean it is and also it just smells clean. I am aware that it’s a newer facility, but they really keep the grounds up. If I ever need a temporary storage unit again, this place will definitely be it.”

“If you are looking for a place to store your stuff, this is the ideal place and includes FANTASTIC customer service. Stephen is very responsive to concerns or needs regarding the storage units. I have had my large unit for several years. Recently I had been in and out of my unit all day, on the last trip my key wouldn’t open the lock. I went to the office to buy a new lock and asked Stephen if he could cut off my lock. After he cut off my lock, I asked about having some maintenance to the unit and he was able to resolve all the issues while I was there.”

“While filling out my information for my spot it went really good and the guy working there was so kind. They were very kind for when I was using it and mostly was my trips away from home. I had a flat tire and just a day from leaving my trip. I called them the next day and explained what happened. The lady answered the phone and was kind and understanding of my situation. I just payed for one month of being gone but I coming back again for my next trip this year. Also they live so close to me so that is a PLUS.”

I have seen management come and go, I've changed units, and I've seen changes to the security system;as well as dealing with the maintenance department . Irongate Storage in Orchards, Vancouver Washington, is the best! The current management has been the staple that keeps me at this location even though I have moved outside Clark county and ,even moved to Texas ,without a single glich. I can rely on the security, and reliability of the management and security system, to maintain my most precious belongings no matter what happens. Over the years , Irongate storage has been wonderful to work with. At one point, I had a heart attack and I was unable to pay my bill. Irongate Storage worked with me until I was able to get back on track. I love the way they have treated me , I'm grateful to have a safe secure,clean , well maintained property to keep even my kids baby pictures secure for almost 13yrs. “I was in search of a storage facility in the proximal area of Andreson and 4th Plain for my personal convenience. I reviewed all those within that range reading reviews, driving to them to look at the exterior upkeep, size, access, office, etc. I finally did settle upon U Lock It because all my points were met with satisfaction. When I was ready I went in and spoke with Laida who is delightful. She provided all information I needed to make a reservation. So friendly, professional, knowledgeable. A few days later I went in to finalize with the on site Manager Tim, who was also friendly, professional, knowledgeable. My move in on their part was seamless. The day after I received a call telling me I had not properly locked my unit so Tim had done so with their lock. Totally appreciated!! So far all has been good and would recommend.”

“I am new to the container world -- didn't know anything about them, how to buy them, was they cost, etc. But i needed added storage and found these guys randomly on line, and ended up being very happy with them. Turns out, with millions of containers floating around, it can be a crap-shoot, with hundreds of brokers, and who knows what you are really getting. I didn't just want to spend $5K+ on some remote, on-line purchase and I couldn't afford to buy a piece of crap. Jarrod was awesome - he took a lot of time via email and on the phone to explain the various options and helped figure out the best (and cheapest!) solution for me. (Didn't just try to sell me the most expensive rig.) And he was in the office at 6am (PST) to accommodate the east coast -- impressed. I bought two 20 footers. They showed up exactly on time. excellent condition. And the delivery guy was great -- squeezed them in right where i needed them. I'm not a yelper, but these guys are worthy of 4-5 stars.”
