Their app was bad, but this time the actual site put 2 temporary charges on my credit card, and never placed my order. Not I have to wait 7 days for it to drop before I can feed my cats cuz they won't remove the temp charge. I will NEVER shop here again and tell everyone.

IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS, I WOULD!! I've been taking my dog to Yuko for a few years now, and she's AMAZING!!! About a month ago, when I went to pick up my dog, they charged me $15 more than when I made the appointment. PLUS $5 FOR BEING A FRIDAY When I asked why, another groomer came from the back of the salon, at me, yelling they had to do extra brushing, which she's never needed!! SHE'S SHORT HAIRED!! She couldn't really explain why and then said they don't even have a price of $44, basically calling me a liar. That groomer was loud and aggressive!! The other customer just shook her head and stared at the girl. Our next appointment is coming up and I just got a call from "THE TEAM LEADER, JELSY.....JUST LIKE CHELSEA BUT WITH A J" saying obviously they can't make me happy and her groomer didn't want to do my dog anymore. I tried to explain what had happened and if she could explain to Yuko it was nothing SHE did, we could just move on. But she refused and kept saying ",,,,,we can't make YOU happy!!" to which I finally said, ",,,,,, NOOOOO it's actually very easy to make me happy. Don't up charge me for services you didn't do withouteven notifying me , basically call me liar then take NO responsibility for it!!!" **** FYI PER JELSY, " PETSMART TEMPORARILY LOWERED THEIR PRICES TO GET PEOPLE BACK IN AND TO BE HONEST, IT PISSED OFF THE GROOMERS. SO THEIR ADDING THINGS ON TO GET THE PRICES BACK UP TO WHERE THEY WERE." **** Then my friend JELSY said she wanted to wrap up the phone call because it had "already been 10 minutes " But there was NO communication, NO accountability and definitely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! She had her mind made up before she even called me. She said she has to "protect " her groomers. Ummmmm from what exactly??? Your salon adding on charges without my knowledge or consent for services THEY DIDN'T DO?? Calling ME a liar? Then asking why??? A simple I THIS PLACE IS NOTHING BUT A HEADACHE!! SAVE YOU AND YOUR PET FROM IT BY AVOIDING IT AT ALL COSTS!!!

Horrible customer service. Every time I come in here I have to spend 20 minutes searching for an employee to assist me, even if I am the only person in the store. Not once have I been greeted or offered help. And when I finally can find someone to talk to, they never know anything!

I love that I can bring my cat in and shop with her and that they have a vet clinic on site. Definitely check out the optimum wellness plan, it is worth the money and will save you a ton too

I've been coming to this location for quite a while. I always enjoy coming in here for the friendly service and the great products. They also have a veterinarian and dog grooming. Very friendly and good service. Today I came in here to exchange some cat bites I had bought. They were expensive and my cat wouldn't eat them. They were probiotics. I bought a new bag of cat food and was able to put the return towards the new bag of cat food. Always great.

Made an appointment and took our 5-1/2 month old miniature Aussie-Doodle in for grooming because he was getting VERY shaggy. The staff was wonderful and the groomer did a marvelous job. He got a shampoo and conditioner, nails Dremeled and hair cut exactly like we asked. Pup was happy and so are we!! The price was very reasonable. We'll be going back for sure.

STAY AWAY FROM THE GROOMING SALON - I’ve had dogs my entire life and this was hands down the worst grooming experience I’ve ever had. The pic on the left is how he should look…. The pic on the right is today, just after I picked him up. I’m still wondering if he’s even our dog. Horrific experience. Oh, and they charged me $101.

Shocking customer service. We had different dates for my dog to be groomed and someone called- could've been either of our mistake, seeing as today was never a good day for this appointment to begin with. I said I'd be happy to reschedule, but was told if I could be there by 1pm, they'd still groom him. I hustled out the door with my resistant dog, arrived before 1 but by the time I could speak with someone it was 1:01pm. She turned me away because I was there after 1pm. They could've accepted my offer to reschedule on the phone, saved me the hair raising drive and the humiliating perp walk back out.

This PetSmart is located just outside the Walmart and Home Depot shopping center right next door to Chase Bank. Address is 430 SE 192nd Ave. Vancouver, WA 98683.No issues with parking or how organized and efficient the store is set up.I usually purchase fish for any one of the 3 tanks that I have set up. Most of the fish are healthy with little issues. The one or two fish that didn’t make it was credited or replaced.When I enter the fish area to make a purchase or to see what they have. If a sale rep is available will help you right away. Sometimes you might have to wait for service/help or you might have to walk over to the cashier and ask for help. All the customer service people seem knowledgeable about the fish they sell and super friendly. It’s better to learn when they get a new shipment of fish because you will have a better selection.For the rest of the store has a good selection of pet products like cats trees, good quality food and lots of accessories.You can also bring your pet to get groomed or to get your dog into training. They also have veterinary services between the hours listed below.HoursMON 9AM-7PMTUE 9AM-7PMWED 9AM-7PMTHU 9AM-7PMFRI 9AM-7PMSAT 9AM-7PMSUN 10AM-7PMOverall it’s satisfactory for basic or intermediate level. My mom's dog is old. She's blind. She has a couple ingrown hairs on her feet. Last time they wouldn't groom her, cause of her eye, it's droopy. So her foot hair got long, hence the ingrown hairs. Now a third time they wont see her. It feels like they're making excuses cause she's old. Rude staff too.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PETSMART FOR FISH. Let me just say I've never seen such attitudes in one store of associates. Sorry we were inconvenient to you. My husband came in and purchased two angel fish and two sword tail fish. He specifically asked for the same gender of each. They gave us a male and female for each species when we specifically requested the same gender of each. I understand it may be difficult to decipher the difference but don't tell me you can't tell the difference of gender but advise what kind of fish to put in my tank. Which brings me to my next problem. When discussing options of fish with what we currently have, we were given one species of fish because of the lack of knowledge from the staff. Then went on to tell us we had to many fish in our 40 gallon tank (we have 5 fish and they are no more than an inch big). I had to bring back not one but two fish and each time were made to feel we were in the wrong. Maybe you should educate your staff and teach manners as well because we will not be coming back here. At the end of all of this when I received my return, the associate then made a comment to me saying "Maybe you should come back and teach us the gender of fish." I think that's enough said.

very poor customer service by the 2 front cashiers. The 3rd employee was a wonderful helpful, kind person. She walked me over to show me the exact location and brand that I was looking for. If the 2 front cashiers would have had explained to me what brand the specific item was sold under I would have been able to find what I was looking for without having to ask 3 separate sales associates for assistance.

Large store. Good selection of pet supplies. Store was clean. Staff friendly. Prices seem standard for small animal needs.Grooming department is convenient and they do a really nice job.
