Brought in my Hybrid Civic for a fuse replacement and they kept in contact and updated me as soon as they finished. They took my car for a test drive and found out the replacement was faulty and got a replacement as soon as they could. Extremely happy with the clarity and communication they provided!

They changed oil in car. A week after the oil change, I noticed a large bolt in the driveway which was from the car. Despite it being unrelated to the service, they put the car on the lift and installed the bolt.
