Great experience at this T-Mobile store. Brendan was able to quickly resolve a complex issue that another store location couldn't. He also fixed a mistake made by the T-Mobile customer service call center. Highly recommend working with Brendan! Thanks.

We were considering switching to Tmobile, so we went in this store one night about a half hour before closing. There were two employees working at the time and they were blasting annoying music which they wouldn't turn down so we could talk to them. They told us they weren't able to do it right then because "it took too long" and we'd be there past closing. We felt unwelcome then left.We then tried ordering the sim cards online and reluctantly taking them to this store to activate due to its proximity to our home. The second time we went in, there was plenty of time in the day and three employees working this time, one of whom was one of the rude employees working the previous time. I kept a positive attitude and let them know we're ready to switch. The three employees then began a game of "do you want to help them?" "You should do it" "no I'll do it" until one said "ok i got this". She started setting things up but was acting like we were terribly inconveniencing her. Finally after about 5 minutes of awkward fumbling, they announce they are unable to port our numbers over because of a pin number we need from cricket. I have never had to do that a single time with any switches at any point in my adult life.The vibe we got both times is that the employees are too busy sitting around having fun and not able or willing to serve customers, as is their job in CUSTOMER SERVICE. The whole experience makes us not even want to switch. It really doesn't seem like anyone working here gives a d@mn about anything. Not a good look y'all. Not good at all.

These employees are polite, friendly and customer service driven. They even interacted with my kids, answering their many questions without judgement or irritation.

You want to be treated like complete garbage, and be met with completely incompetent managers? Yeah, go to this authorized retailer. The manageris an extremely rude person. She definitely doesn't have the experience or professionalism to handle his position, the sale person deleted all my files was in my phone with out explaining to me all I want to transfer files to phone to phone and end up she’s deleted and she lied she’s said I’m the one who deleted which is not true, then the manager jumped in and said leave the store or call the police I told him call the police I have a right to stay inside the store waiting for police I have mouth to explain to the police what happened, and I requested to view the camera they don’t…..please T Mobil this manager and ladies that worked in this location is not good for your business kicked them out they’re disrespectful your customer

They were the MOST helpful out of every store we visited! (We visited 3 different stores trying to get a override because they spelt my name wrong in the system and even though I had my ID they couldn't get it changed without a manager, being it was a Sunday most stores diddnt have one staffed.) When we finally got my name corrected in the system (had to call the customer service line) we popped into this store and they were friendly, engaged and down to earth. They even stayed a bit after closing to make sure my husband's phone data transferred over just fine. We really appreciate the help we got here and will be back for our t-mobile needs!

They do not disclose everything you will be billed for. They give you “free” devices but don’t tell you there is a monthly line added with the device. When going back a week after I signed up to ask about the device fees the manager said not to worry and it’s just a first bill thing. Still confused as to why I was being charged for it I went back before my first bill was due again to ask. The second time they explained it but conveniently I couldn’t return the devices and ended up having to pay for them straight out to cancel the monthly lines. So the free devices cost me about $600. On top of that there was all kinds of issues getting my Apple TV that came with the plan and was being charged for my “3rd line free”. I would go to another carrier and make sure you don’t just take the “free” devices they try to add on to your bill without understanding what the hidden fees are.

The staff lied to us, costing us hundreds of dollars. They say you’re getting something at one price but are charged a completely different price. Do not go to this store.

For me, the staff at this location are abusive and liars. I went twice in the same week. The last time I went was on Saturday, August 5, around 12pm, and the manager is a terrible person. She thinks she is doing us a favor. the clients that she works there. They are liars, they offer you the product and when you go to sign, they surprise you by charging more than what they tell you. For me, they are not professionals, the only thing they do is hurt the t-movil brand.

Matthew, at the Hazel Dell store, was extremely helpful when we had problems accessing the switch and keep plan. After much frustration with our previous carrier, he kindly walked us through the process so could get a rebate for the final payoff of our cellphone. We appreciate the service from this store!

I was in desperate need of a new phone, and was hesitant as my bill (with a prior carrier) was already crazy expensive and didn't want it to get any higher. We were referred to this store and had such a great experience there! Both my husband and I got new phones, ended up getting a $600 rebate, and our monthly bill was reduced by over $150! Both the representative that helped us there (Sal) and his manager were very helpful and while the process took a little bit, they handled everything for us on the spot in the store and we are glad we made the switch!

Very friendly staff! They make up for the crappy call center service. The employees in the store have been amazing. They've helped us save money from our previous plan switching us to a new plan. We were able to add a line and get more for less of a monthly payment than what we had been paying. This is definitely the store to stop in and have them help you!

This is THE store to go to if you’re wanting any live, human assistance with your plan, upgrade, etc.Parker was the most helpful, honest associate I’ve ever worked with.He talked up his associates when I asked if he would be around the following day after I consider the plan he proposed for me.He was not pushy - in fact his transparency was refreshing.I told him I’d prefer to give him my business if they work off commission - he assured me his job was to help people and he did not care about which team member got the sale because they’re all amazing.I’m looking forward to working with Esther or Valerie when I go in today to upgrade.I rarely leave reviews but the experience alone was enough to make me want to ?

Very helpful group of employees! Helped us upgrade our phones and then transfer all of our old info from old phones to the new phones. Walked us through the process and gave us their info if we had problems to be able to contact them if we had any difficulties while finalizing setup. This group also helped us escalate when our ordered phone was missing! They have been the best since day one setting up and changing phones.
