“Called an auto shop (Casey's Independent, would recommend them on the basis of them picking a good tow company to work with but didn't actually get work done so won't be leaving them a review) hoping to get a car that wouldn't start a look at. They said they could and I would need to get a third party tow, pointing me towards this company as their unofficial partner. John got there pretty darn quick after I called them up, and before even doing anything he did a quick check with me about the symptoms my vehicle was facing, after I described the issue to him he said let me try something real quick and if it doesn't work he'd tow me on down. Well low and behold this miracle worker got me up and running on the spot and saved me a lot of time and money. Everyone involved in the process both at reception and John himself were wonderful people to work with and after all was said and done John even pointed me to some next steps I could take to make sure my car stayed on the road. Absolutely wonderful people, I pray I won't need to call them again but if I need a tow in the area I know my first choice.”

I was given an estimate of 59-minutes for them to arrive, after initiating it in the app. He showed up ten-minutes earlier than expected & got my car running right away. All it needed was a quick jump start. So, I can't speak to their other services. But, the guy who came out was great.”
“I’m so glad to have found Lucky Lab Towing!!! Alex basically rescued me from the worst day I’ve had in a while Through a series of Murphy’s Law events, I was stranded in my EV with not enough battery to reliably get me home, a dead phone, and the wrong charge cable in my bag to charge my phone with. Luckily I had my laptop with me, so I could connect to the Taco Bell I had parked at’s Wi-Fi and find a tow company.Truthfully, the other tow companies nearby put me off a bit. Their name and/or their website seemed a bit sketch—as a woman stranded at night with no working phone, they just didn’t give good vibes!Thankfully, Lucky Lab had a bright and welcoming website that felt safest to me. I was able to borrow a phone from Taco Bell and Alex came right away. He was fast and friendly, we small talked on the ride home about his wife and daughters which put me at ease (and by itself wouldn’t have, but again, VIBES, he just had a good vibe about him), and he even helped me in and out of the truck—what a gentleman!It was a great experience that I (respectfully) hope to never need again ? but I’ll definitely be recommending to friends and family in the future! “I cannot say enough wonderful things about Anytime Towing. My car died on me less than three miles from home. When I called the office asking for a tow, the lady who answered, I do believe her name was Lisa, was so sweet and funny that I completely forgot to be upset about my car. She had me laughing so hard there were tears. Less than a half hour later, my disabled car was back in my driveway. The driver was very professional and patient, even when she had to wait for us to find our keys. The price was hands down the best in town, almost by half. Would most definitely recommend and, should the need arise again, I know who I'll call for a tow. A very sincere thank you to the ladies who helped us today!”
