So I was a little worried about doing it honestly so I was very grateful for him doing that. Then he got out in front of my tractor and came up to my window to communicate everything that he would be doing as far as disconnecting driveline and how long everything would take. Then came the ride to my home base and I tell you that was like riding in a semi/limo/tow truck. I received top tier service today. The best tow experience anyone could ask for. While other places all said we would need to replace the whole door (costing thousands), Daniel was able to work magic and repair the door and repaint it in a very satisfactory way and for a much lower cost than replacing the door. When you leave a vehicle sitting on public roads too long, the city does tow it and it is expensive. Paul was transparent with his pricing and the quote was extremely competitive. “Out car broke down on a really bad spot down I-84, a few towing companies turned us down cause they weren’t sure they’d be able to help. The dispatcher sent CJ and within half an hour he was already there. Even tho it was a difficult and dangerous spot Cj and Ian were able to figure it out and get us out quickly and as safe as possible. While I didn’t get to meet Ian Cj was super friendly and helpful, he was professional and super quick at his job. We didn’t know if we’d be able to get out and somehow the got us out. I cannot explain my gratitude, I know if anything happens again they’re the ones to get it done!”
“Glen went above and beyond to take care of my situation. I had a flat tire at 7:30p and would need a 65 mile tow to get my car back home. Instead of towing me, he found the mobile service Oregon Tire Autocare who miraculously had my exact tire size (it’s a unique size that normally can only be ordered) and they were fixing my tire within 20 min. Glen doesn’t just tow, he solves your problems! Thank you Glen!”

At 4:30 my car was picked up by 2 very helpful men and I received cash. They even helped me clear out the trunk which I had forgotten to do. The whole experience was smooth and fast. “I thought my transmission was shot and pretty much I would be giving my car away for parts for a few hundred dollars. Not worth fixing.They diagnosed it...pretty minor repair and not expensive! They could have tried to screw me ( said I was in need of a total rebuild or whatever) and I would have believed what they said. THESE GUYS were HONEST! Very difficult to find now days! I will be going back to them for all my repair needs in the future...absolutely stand up guys !”
