This U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer is noted for its very friendly, helpful, and accommodating staff who are good communicators. The truck was perfect, very clean, and running perfectly, exceeding expectations. The location is close to the freeway and a fuel station, making pickup and return easy. The facilities are reasonably accessible. Customers recommend this location and would rent here again, citing it as a great rental experience.
Kelli was AMAZING as usual. My family dynamic means that I am often in need of a Uhaul and even if this location is further for me, I go to this location and pay the extra in mileage because the experience is always so pleasant.

Kelly is all about customer service and providing key detailed help. Brought my child in and he even felt part of the whole service when she offered him a candy and uhaul bank. Thank you, Kelly!!
