Bank is good. However there is absolutely no customer service after hours. There is an automated service for reporting ya card stolen but if you have any issues after banking hours you are shit out of luck.

I’ve been banking with Umpqua for many years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else they have fantastic customer service every time I either go into the bank, their drive through or call on the phone. More importantly when I call I am able to get ahold of live person quickly and easily.
