Felt very disrespected. Treated like a homeless person with no cash. Manager was especially rude. Will not bank there. Look at other reviews and you will see im not the only one.

If I could rank it lower than 1 star, I would. Yes! US Bank accepts after hour deposits at the ATM. Does THIS US Bank accept after hour deposits in any of their 2 Drive-Up ATMs. Hell No!! They have 2 of the newest ATMs and they fail to provide a basic service. Everytime I go, it has the deposit function grayed out on both ATMs. Worthless!! Time to find a new bank with a real interest rate.

Really unfortunate that this drive thru is ALWAYS closed. Makes it really inconvenient for customers to drive to another US Bank.

Staff at this location is not welcoming to customers and acts like they are being imposed upon when it’s your turn to be helped. This entire branch is in need of a customer service overhaul. Staff just doesn’t care.

I tried to make an appointment with this bank. The auto phone gave an auto answer to check the website. The website to book an appointment is non-sensical and refers to the website again, which loops around and around. The bank will not answer its own phone, and sends you on this endless chase of looped auto-answers. As soon as humanly possible, we are going to take our funds and go to a different bank. There is no customer service, only customer perverse.

Used to be good service. Did a remodel and adjusted how their employment is structured. Shift or branch manager came across cocky when I asked him if he could operate another stand and help us out because there was 6 people in line and a couple at the drive through line. I stood in drive through like for about 15minutes with no move then I went inside thought it would be faster in there but it was terrible wait. The manager acted with no care when I asked him for help and continued sitting at his computer. I’m going to a different bank after this, after being a customer of their for about 15 years.

This bank has the worst slowest service of any bank I've been to. This people working here have very unprofessional work ethics. I'll never come back again. It was remodeled and took it seemed over a year and a half to fix the roof. The new layout is bad and no place to stand while waiting for your turn and you'll be waiting awhile here.

Terribly slow. I waited over 30 minutes in drive up with 1 car infront of. When it was my turn , i waited 5 minutes before anyone said anything to me. Inside is not any quicker.employees work incredibly slow. Line all the way to the door. Its rediculous. Youd think they would do something with all the bad reviews they have. But doesnt lile anythings changed.last time i will ever come to this bank.

What kind of a Bank removes coin counters from their branches? Also when you have one teller working the window and she has 10 people in line waiting, why can't the branch manager help out at the teller window? So much for customer service at US Bank. Branch: 7003 NE 40th st, Vancouver WA 98661

If I could leave zero starts I would. There's so many registers available and with a couple of people at the registers but only one person is helping out customers at a time. If you can avoid coming here please do.

I like US Bank the service in this branch is horrendous! I have had 30 minute waits just to make a deposit in this location. Now I drive up to the Salmon Creek Branch they appear to be much busier but are more efficient.

I have used this bank for many years I have multiple business accounts here and I love the people. Since they remodeled their bank, and they are now using a TV monitor versus a human being at a window to drive through services the level of convenience and service has dropped to way below standard. I'm super disappointed, I always like coming here because it was close to my office and my home and now each deposit takes approximately 20 to oftrn OVER 30 minutes it seems.So now I'll be driving to Mill plain which is literally 15 minute drive out of my way but I'd rather be moving than sitting in a Drive-Thru not accomplishing anything and not even seeing a human being to explain to me why it's taking so long.It seems like they're spending an awful lot of money on a remodel that isn't going to accomplish much. I know safety is often a concern with the drive-thru tellers but there seems like there's got to be a better way than what they're doing now
