I had 4g for my office and 1 phone line and a fax line. The 4g was not super reliable and cut out a lot. The phone line wouldn't let me know about voicemails until sometimes 2 weeks later. The main reason I canceled was because the fax line did not reliably work on their system. I tried everything to make it work and just couldn't. I have Verizon 5g at my home and I have had zero issues with the internet. The reason I gave this a 5 star even though I had to cancel my business service is because when I returned my equipment they gave me no problems. They were very kind and professional and didn't try to change my mind.

My husband got a new phone S23 and needed it set up. He didn't know his google password. I called Verizon, but the person that I talked to didn't know exactly how to do it. Took it to Verizon by our house and Gideon set it up. A very knowledge person, polite and a asset for Verizon. We took it home when it was still transferring pictures or etc. The next day, he was trying to retrieve his voice mails, the old fashioned way and couldn't hear them even with the volume all the way up. Back to Verizon, Gideon wasn't there. Jeremy helped us, set it up the new way and again Verizon should be proud of their employees and how well they were trained.

The online Verizon rep was not able to activate our new phone. The rep in the in the store took care of the issue quickly!

Went into this location with a rather complex issue needing to turn off an account I had set up, but was not mine. Amanda was a rock star! This manager was so friendly,knowledgeable and efficient. She resolved a problem I had been struggling with for 3 months.

Jumped on line, booked an appointment, arrived, they were ready for me. Very easy!
Guys were nice, helpful and gave some great tips.

This is just about Verizon! Not this store can't comment on corporation. Google won't let me! Verizon trying to bill me for 6 months after ph was shut down paid final bill transferred phone,then they made up a charge and back billed me,doesn't this look like they owe me 2.19 I paided billed in full ,this is why I canceled them some of the Worst Customer service I have ever experienced and you pay triple the price of other carriers for this ,I can't sign in to account because I don't have ph number anymore and they don't have a history of my email now, so I'm locked out and only option is to go to physical store and pay cash ? I think I'll send them a bill then a collections bill ?

I was in the Verizon store today between 1 1 PM to 1:30 PM. I did not get the gentleman‘s name that helped me but he was wonderful. He took care of a problem that I had from last summer. Within just a few minutes this is why we are Verizon customers for life. Because of the customer service that we received today.

I stoped by to switch phone for my brother and get the new phone activated. Amanda the store manager helped me through updates and activations. She is definitely a keeper, knowledgeable, pleasant and I noticed that her interaction with her staff was really good. Thank you for having great staff.
