I was in the Verizon store today between 1 1 PM to 1:30 PM. I did not get the gentleman‘s name that helped me but he was wonderful. He took care of a problem that I had from last summer. Within just a few minutes this is why we are Verizon customers for life. Because of the customer service that we received today.

I stoped by to switch phone for my brother and get the new phone activated. Amanda the store manager helped me through updates and activations. She is definitely a keeper, knowledgeable, pleasant and I noticed that her interaction with her staff was really good. Thank you for having great staff.

Was lied to my face about the price of each phone line by Steve, an in-store rep. I confirmed three times, each amount for each line and he assured me it was correct ($65 a month for mine and my friends line, before auto pay, and $40 for my friends son line, before auto pay).Get my bill and it's an extra $10 for each line (even with auto pay). So I get to pay an extra $360 a year (3 lines) because of a liar. I will never set foot in that store again and I suggest you don't either

Dude canceled my promo and trade in credit, ended up getting a higher monthly bill as a result of it. Jason is the manager that screwed up and then kept repeating himself like a parrot even though I showed him the email from Verizon backing up my claims. Avoid jason like the plague

We had an ongoing technical issue with 1 of our 2 iPhones, texting and sending pictures with Android phones. Been looked at many times, Verizon would say it's an Apple problem, Apple would say it's a Verizon problem. It was an unresolved problem for us. Amanda took it on and would not let it go until it was resolved. Kudos to her for not giving up, where many before had. Thank You Amanda!

I've been with Verizon for 10 plus years. This particular store has the worst customer service that I've experienced with Verizon. I put my girlfriend on my phone plan and her new Verizon phone needed to be set up up with Verizon from Mint mobile. She had the account and pin number ready from mint mobile.Also, she needed to transfer data from her old phone to her new Verizon phone. As she brought the phone into the store, she told the sales associate that she needed help setting up her new phone. He replied to her, "it's already set up, you're good to go". He didn't even look at the new phone in the box. He did not ask a single question about what she needed to have set up. She felt dismissed and that he did not want to help her.

I only go to corporate stores because the personnel are corporate trained and know what they are doing unlike the Verizon franchise stores. It's a much longer drive for me, but it worth it to speak to people that know what they are talking about.

several times I had to come to this office for various reasons and always different employees served, but the last Jennifer (I remember her name very well) struck me. she listened very carefully to my problems, explained everything thoroughly, showed everything and decided everything so that I didn’t have any questions, even did more than I expected. she solved some issues with the manager (Amanda) and she was also very good, kind and very professional. Thank you very much for everything to them and for more such girls. If you're in this office, go to Jennifer and you'll be very pleased, you'll see.
