“I love that this is a cat only clinic it’s so unique to find locally and I’m so happy I found this vet for my little Bella. She just got spayed and has been doing great. The staff are informative and every time I come in I feel taken care of and every one is so kind. They even offer a treat every time I bring Bella to help calm her down, even whip cream once! They have towels in the lobby you can drape over the carrier that have a calming scent on them. Overall the experience is good for going to the vet and I’d recommend this clinic to my friends and family.”

We had to take our cat for an operation last week and I felt we were treated fairly and respectfully, no upselling, and the price quoted was reasonable and the actual procedure came in under the quote. “Nice and friendly staff. Did all they could for our kitty and I thank them for trying their best.
Brought our 15yr old senior cat Moses in on Monday Jan 2nd for pale gums and lethargy. He had already declined over the past few months. They were about to do bloodwork to figure out what the issue was but his heart stopped while in the back. They tried their best to bring him back but he never did.”
“We were greeted warmly and everything was discussed and explained completely. Our 16 year old dog felt very comfortable letting them take him to the back for a couple of things.”

“Jericho blue chip wolf dog lost his crystal bwallz today. He is now hopefully more predictable with his moods. My poor husky is crying all day is the take away. I used my voucher to fix him and I'm happy they didn't charge for a 1st exam like others said is the law to. Is it? I didn't feel he needed that because he was just at the county shelter. They gave him the full treatment like cutting his nails and giving him pain meds. The staff were all as sweet as healers should be. It wasn't dusty or old and I like that helped him in my car. They are mindful and not on autopilot or rude at all. I took away 1 star because at 8:30 nobody helped me for what felt like 10 minutes. Otherwise everything was ok.”
“This is NOT a walk-in facility even though it says so on the website. Also, appointments can only be made the same day you want to bring in your pet.
We got very good advice and service here. Nice people, clean, pretty reasonable prices.”
“My dog was recently diagnosed with Diabetes and Dr. Ferguson was so patient with my long list of questions and concerns. This review is long overdue actually as I’ve been taking my dogs to him for several years now and every time I see him, I’m blown away by his knowledge and ability to explain things in a way that is easy to understand. I never feel judged or coerced like at other places. It’s one of the few vet offices that’s not owned by a big corporation. He doesn’t nickel and dime you nor recommend anything unneeded. His whole team is phenomenal and go above and beyond to take care of us. I wish he took human patients. When he retires, there will be a vast void in vet options in Vancouver.”

“I had an amazing experience at Animal Care Clinic! The staff was super welcoming and the Vet Tech was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions. The Exam rooms were clean and calming for the animals, which is a huge bonus for an anxious kitty. Dr. Pittman was so kind and gentle and my cat climbed right up in her lap and was so relaxed! “My sisters cat, Julie, was a rescue. She was at least 14 years old. She wasn't doing well and her regular vet could see her. So they recommended this vet.
Julie weighed 3 pounds and they estimated her age more like 16 to 18.
My Sister had to put Julie to sleep that day. Even though I was with her, we couldn't have asked for a more compassionate veterinarian. We'd never even met before, but we didn't feel like strangers.
I want to say that this pet clinic goes above and beyond. After Julie passed, my Sister's beloved 13 year old mini pincher, lady got out and somehow made it to the freeway. It was a horrible accident and emotions were high. After it happened we drove lady straight to crestwood. We were about hysterical and they were calm and so caring. I just don't have words to explain how caring these people were to us. Thank you so much. You deserve more than 5 stars.”
“I took my dog there to get x rays since my vets machine was down. I called and explained what happened and they got us in the next morning. They got my dogs records so I jut had to sign consent forms.
They were so nice! The waiting room was very large as well as the exam rooms! The dr. Sat on the floor and examined my dog so we didn't have to pick her up. My dog really liked the dr. she even went happily for x rays! She NEVER wants to go in the back, she always resists. I was so impressed, they are now our regular vet!”

“I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Tate and his team at Banfield! They took such amazing care of my pup Pepper during his dental cleaning and eye tumor removal. I was very nervous going in as Pepper does not do too well after anesthesia but the entire team made me feel reassured every step of the way. They were compassionate, professional, and treated Pepper as if he were their own. Dr. Tate explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and the follow-up care was outstanding. “This specific Banfield has always been incredibly clean, responsive, and kind. They show genuine concern for my pets and treat them like their own. My only complaint would be that they need to have more staff at the check In/out front desk. I feel bad for them when there is only one person and phones are ringing and there's a line waiting.”
