“Over the years I have ordered several garments from Decent Exposures and I love the custom fit & quality fabrics, especially their organic cotton. This is a woman-owned company helping people like me find adequate clothing. With a latex allergy it’s hard to find safe clothes that fit, but luckily their team goes above and beyond to make sure each order is perfect. I am so very grateful for the comfortable clothes I get to wear thanks to them and also it feels great buying clothes made in the USA. Just ordered another super soft nightshirt in navy cotton for my husband who loved the first one and now he wants another nightshirt but this time with a hood to keep him warm when he sleeps. My only wish is that one day they start making sweaters like full zip hoodies… crossing my fingers! ?”
“Not only do they have really cute things, but the staff was wonderful. I had a question about an exchange and the owner, who wasn’t in the store at the time, was willing to hop on the phone and sort it out with me. Great assortment of Gig Harbor sweatshirts as well as trendy sweaters and hats. Great local find!”
“The employees were very nice. There is a bathroom there and that’s a plus. I found some sweet deals for the baby shower. I’m going to. The store is clean and well organized. I love going shopping here to find great deals. It’s located in a shopping center surrounded with a lot of other things to do in places to eat.”
“I got my wedding tux from Tom James, the first time I’ve ever owned a tux, and Eric Sipe was great to work with. He was helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process, and the tux fit perfectly and looked great the day of the wedding! Not that I needed the validation, but I even got several compliments on how good the tux looked from guests who have worked in fashion and whose opinions I value highly. If/when I need custom menswear again, I will seek out Eric and Tom James.”
“While travelling in Seattle, I came across a brand I had long admired and decided to step inside. It felt almost like walking into a museum, with its unique sense of style and atmosphere. On the ground floor, I was fascinated to see sewing machines actually producing some of their items, and upstairs was a truly stunning store. Sadly, I had to head off to a baseball game, so I couldn’t make a purchase this time. Nevertheless, every member of staff was wonderfully welcoming, sharing the story of Filson with genuine pride in their work. I left deeply impressed and I’ll certainly be returning on my next visit.”
“A proper haberdashery, Havn Northwest Trade & Company has quality goods & gifts for men and women. I was happy to see some of my favorite brands, including several USA-made items. The owner is so sweet, my dog Sandwich who doesn't normally like new people immediately went up to her and wagged her tail. Excited to pop back in during our next visit and see what's new!”
“Cute little boutique with natural aesthetic items (muted tones, natural fabrics, that sort of thing). They have clothing, body products, cards, plants, misc gifts to peruse. It’s a good place to find a gift for that trendy hippy girl in your life.”
“Dylan Everyday Clothing is a cute clothing shop for women, men and kids adjacent to Alair gift shop. In fact, there is a doorway in between the two so you can browse the clothing and gifts and back and forth (and pay for all items on either side). The variety of clothing ranges from PNW casual (so many comfy hoodies) to fancy party attire (at least for women). I love that they stock a wide range of sizes for all body types. They also have some options for shoes and accessories like hats, bags, blankets and sunglasses. For the quality of the clothing brands, the prices are surprisingly reasonable! So many great finds!”

“Really great place for people that wear sizes small, medium, or large. There was lots of However if you wear a XL or bigger you will not find many pieces that are your size in clothing. as a bigger lady I found some men’s stuff that fit me but my XXL boyfriend didn’t find anything. They do have TONS of smith ski goggles and helmets as well as gloves, beanies, snowboard bindings and stuff that sizing doesn’t affect. Definitely worth checking out.”

Amazing sales when they have stuff on sale, none of this “take five or ten percent off and call it a deal” the outlet section is legit!Insanely good customer service. Kevin is absolutely wonderful. Helped me with some order drama over the phone and was able to update my address directly with UPS which no company has ever been able to do.And of course, love buying local to the PNW. This gear is on par with Arcteryx without the luxury brand premium up charge. Just buy everything from here! You can’t go wrong!”

“When I say I could spend hours in this little shop, I mean it! This place has the most unique selection of fun gifts, clothes, and so much more. I’ve only been twice but immediately had the best customer service and assistance with anything I needed to find. I’m from directly across the water from this island and haven’t ever seen another place quite like it. From the compliments on the attire to laughs and smiles from the friends and family I’ve given gifts to- they all have the same reaction. Nothing big smiles & love from all!
