This was not a typical flower delivery. The patient needed headphones so she could listen to audiobooks while recovering, and Leisa actually went out of her way to source a pair of headphones. That thoughtful gesture made such a difference—not only for the patient, but for her entire family. She helped brighten an incredibly difficult day and gave our loved one something comforting to enjoy during her recovery.

Every communication with Leisa was prompt and thoughtful. She even provided a number where I could text her directly, and she called back when she said she would. She was incredibly responsive, compassionate, and determined to find a way to help.

What impressed me most was that Leisa and Neilsen Florist were willing to help even when there was little or no money to be made from the request. She treated helping our family as something that mattered, rather than simply as a transaction.

In a stressful and difficult situation, Leisa gave us one less thing to worry about—and gave our family a moment of genuine kindness and joy. That kind of customer service is rare.
