“Laura was outstanding with assisting us with our infant passport application. We showed up stressed out from being a few minutes late but she got us started right away and was clearly familiar with the process. It turned out the photos we brought with were not going to be accepted, and we had no accounted for needing pictures taken. Laura got our infant to cooperate, got us great photos and we were done with the whole thing in no time.”
“Great service. Postal clerks know how to use a SCAN form, which makes dropping off business shipments a breeze. We are in a Port Orchard ZIP, equidistant to there and Wauna and choose to use Wauna because of how friendly and competent the mail clerks are.”
“They always deliver my mail on time and the drivers often give my dogs treats. This week I was expecting a package of seeds which due to a new driver and my unmarked mailbox resulted in the package being returned to the sender in Maine. I spoke with a postal worker who told me it couldn't be held for pickup at that time since it's location wasn't yet known. I was frustrated and I apologize that I was a bit rude. The next day I was surprised and very happy to see the package at my door! Thank you guys.”
“Frank G, our FloHawk Septic Serviceman did an excellent job on Septic Pump Out. We were slightly late returning to our house, and he never fussed at all about our lateness. Due to a wrist injury, I had been unable to clear the bush covering the Septic Hatch Cover. I had the tools but was not able to do that part of the job. Frank stepped in and cleared the area in about 2 minutes. That clearing allowed unfettered access to the hatch which allowed Frank to get in and complete the Septic pump out of our tank in just minutes. By the way, if you’re thinking about having FloHawk install a Riser and Hatch Cover over the pump out hatch on your septic tank, I highly recommend doing that. The pump out is so much easier when you don’t have to disrupt the surface area above your Septic System (front yard, in our case). In Summary, FloHawk handled both of our last two Septic Pump Outs and did a superb job both times! I told Frank if he finds folks who would like a 3rd opinion on FloHawk services, please give them my contact info and I’ll be happy to provide info on my experience.
