I not only received a superb Pioneer unit in turn, but he even tested and troubleshooted the issue if I ever got another amp like it again. They cater to a niche market exceptionally well and it's why I'm thrilled they're even in the Valley at all. They also have delightful dogs too.”

“Met my son at the store on my lunch hour, and was out the door in less than 30 minutes with his jacket order in hand. Employee at the counter really made an effort to connect with my son during the building process - lots of friendly questions about his school, sports he plays, plans for after high school, etc. Another family came in to place their order after us, and he acknowledged them immediately and let them know the time frame when he would be able to help them. The jacket lead time is a few months, which is expected, but we received a call to pick up my son's jacket before we thought it would be done. Great people to work with, and the final product was exactly what we ordered!”
