I went to have my AC replaced having an idea of what was wrong with it. Not only did he confirm I was right, he talked to me about what else needed to be replaced (everything went wrong with the ac, it was a MESS!) he communicated thoroughly without making me feel like an idiot and he even let me be out there under the hood watching and answering any questions I had about the process he was taking to diagnose the problem(s). Derek and his wife (a lovely lady!) also came and picked me up to get to my car, the attention to customer service and satisfaction doesn’t run out with this guy. His pricing was beyond fair and even after he fixed it and it went out he still took the time to fix it yet again and put in the new part with no additional charge.
I now have AC running COLD through my car, my kiddos and I can now enjoy doing errands and going to work again without feeling like we’re in the pits of hell. I will definitely continue to do business with Derek and the crew at A Cut Above, thank you so much!”
