“Went to Joann Fabric in Walla Walla yesterday - the start of the Memorial Day sale and my first visit ever to this store (more than an hour away from my home). Store was clean, organized, well stocked - bathroom was clean - and all staff that I dealt with were kind and helpful. I had a lot of small fabric cuts which took a lot of time, and yet the clerk was kind and quite cheerful. She made sure that the fabric was even before cutting every piece. I was in the store a long time so I had chance to observe. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend that you visit this store.”
