“I don’t normally leave reviews, but Jerry and Zach were amazing. They deserve a promotion. If I could, I’d leave them a 1000/5 stars. I recommend them highly. I checked out century link, spectrum, hughesnet, among several other internet companies and they all try to make you jump through a ton of hoops before telling you they can’t install internet for 2 months (after they make you give all your personal info including ss#). The employees for pocketinet gave 1000% better customer service and got my internet set up that same day. They went above and beyond to help me and were sooooo nice and helpful during the whole process.”
