“My 84 year old mother was trying to return a package to Amazon for me and she is the least technically savvy person alive. She has a flip phone and no computer. She went to a competitor first (UPS Store) and they wouldn’t help her tape the return package or even put the label on for her; policy they said. Frustrated, she went to this Postal Annex store and the associate, Nellie, was very kind. I don’t know, maybe it’s their policy, too, but she could see that my mom needed help and was more than willing to tape the package and place the label on it for her.
