This shop completed all of the necessary repairs for only $3,000—less than half the cost of the dealership. They were kind, efficient, and had a quick turnaround. I really appreciate their honesty and the quality of their work. It’s such a relief to find mechanics I can trust, and I’ll definitely be coming back.”

They always go above and beyond and whenever ive asked for explanations for some of the things they as as it pertains to upselling they are always honest as to what has a benefit and what really doesnt have a benefit. 10/10 service.”
“Good people doing good work. But I was annoyed that they were out of the appropriate oil for my 2007 Subaru. I had to come back today and then there was a waiting line. Bad luck on my part or poor inventory control by the business?”
“The 4 stars are because the service manager took the issue seriously and is dealing with it.I was treated horribly by the service writer because after waiting more than 10 minutes while he laughed and joked with the people in the car ahead of me, then walked away, I started to just leave. He motioned me back and I asked if he was ready to do his job. He then proceeded to tell me, without asking why I was there, "You're going to have a 4 and a half hour wait"This was at 3:30 on a Sunday. They close at 7pm. I was there just for a battery - which their policy says always go to the front of the line, and this was confirmed by the rest of the staff.I backed out, parked, and went inside. He followed me in, accused me of cussing at him (I didn't, but he did cuss at me). The associate at the counter told him to walk away and told the service manager that he had followed me in "running his mouth"The service manager, Chris, went out of his way to repair the damage caused by this unprofessional, rude service writer.I had my new battery installed and ready to go in less than 30 minutes.”
“Santiago serviced me immediately. Great guidance of my car into the garage, and easy guidance out at the end, too. They didn't berate me with additional services. I came in for an oil change. Santiago even asked if I was more concerned about my vehicle performance or the price of the oil when he asked me what kind of oil change I wanted. He suggested topping off my car's coolant that was running on empty for a very small fee, which I accepted. Lastly, Santiago asked me how long it had been since my headlights had received maintenance, which I did not know. I declined receiving the headlight maintenance. Santiago was very kind and did not push that service any further. In total, my experience took 15 minutes total roughly (including wait time, although there was only one car being serviced at that time I had to wait on) and there were no issues that could be made note of!”
