I went there to have a check engine code read, which can be caused by a multitude of issues. One of the helpful employees attached the code reader and we discovered the issue was a result of misuse of the overdrive option, on my 1999 dodge pickup. He cleared the code and I was good to go. This is a free service they provide, so don't ignore a diagnostic code if you get one.

Service has ups and downs, but parts are fair priced. Unless you own a Jeep, everything is expensive on a Jeep. Armando in commercial the back is great!

Women, shop here at your own risk. Last week my husband brought our battery to have it tested and charged. For some reason they only tested it and told him it was healthy and just needed a charge. Then, on Monday I brought it back to them to have it charged, since they hadn't charged it for him. They told me it wouldn't take a charge and that I needed to buy a brand new battery. I told them they had just told my husband it was fine last week. They tried again, and miraculously it charged just fine. ? In the future, I will not be trusting them with my car batteries.

The indication by the website in check-out, with all the appropriate fields filled out, that the parts would be here the next day. When contacting O'reilly's online customer service chat about this I was told I did not select next day free shipping and the standard is 3-5 business days. Besides next day shipping being the only option outside of "Ship to Store" and the emails confirming selection of next day free shipping for each of my two orders, why tell me I didn't select next day? I don't appreciate being lied to and especially in the face of need the part I ordered on time. If the intent was never to get the parts to me the next day then please, please, do not indicate to the customer they will get the parts tomorrow if placed in the next XX hour and XX minutes. I am really disappointed. I am really disappointed. Yes, I can return the parts to the store for a full refund, but this is really not the point. My purchase was base on the parts arriving on time and not the price.

Also have to say is after standing around for 20 minutes the people at O'Reilly's really were in the zone a better Zone than the other place. Customer service is the only way you're going to stay in business in this new environment treat customers like you care about them serve them with customer service. Respect their time as much as you respect ours. That's the treatment I got at O'Reilly thank you

O'Reilly has always been my go-to for anything auto or truck related. This one is no exception. They almost always have what I need, even the esoteric stuff like Saturn transmission cooler line retainer clips and the tool to remove the old ones. And in stock!Clean store, friendly, knowledgeable (see clips above) staff.

I had to come in because the place that does my oil change was out if the stuff for my car. The gentleman helped me, we guessed, I had to come back and exchange a filter, and it was so smooth. He also thanked my husband for his service and was overall the right amount of friendly. Thank you!
