I wish I would have been told prior to shipping a small envelope (my own) weighing about 2 lbs to Seattle from WW, that their shipping rates start at $14.00!!!!! That is outrageous!!!! I'll go downtown from now on

edit: Also, she didn't give me any idea of a delivery date for my friend!!!! Now it's been 4 days and my friend has not received it. We have to worry about if it's stolen. Don't like it not at all. I'll never go in Postal Annex again.
Edit again: I tried to call and talk to the owner. I barely got a full sentence out,and she started talking over me. She talked over me!! Wouldn't listen! It's been 5 days and the package has not arrived!

Terrible customer service. Nelly, the notary was one of the rudest people I’ve come across. My wife and I used her as a notary, when we walked in and asked for a notary, she responded “we will see about that”. She then proceeded to read through our paperwork, she notarized the paperwork. Come to find out, she didn’t log my wife’s ID in her book, Said my wife wasn’t there and that they didn’t witness the signature until they reviewed the camera footage and saw she was. They told me it was our fault they didn’t get my wife’s ID. As if I was the notary. The company who called to verify the notary said she was even rude to them on the phone. This set me back 3 weeks and they took zero responsibilities for their inept ability to know and do their job. If I owned the Annex, I would let her go. I will never go there again.

Prepare to get ripped off here. 27.00 to send a small package probably .5 lb to Vancouver, WA. Absolutely ridiculous. Obscene!

My 84 year old mother was trying to return a package to Amazon for me and she is the least technically savvy person alive. She has a flip phone and no computer. She went to a competitor first (UPS Store) and they wouldn’t help her tape the return package or even put the label on for her; policy they said. Frustrated, she went to this Postal Annex store and the associate, Nellie, was very kind. I don’t know, maybe it’s their policy, too, but she could see that my mom needed help and was more than willing to tape the package and place the label on it for her. Great service gains customers for life. Thanks!!

Today I was a bit frazzled and didn’t have things as well as I should have for the workers of this store but they were plenty patient and kind. A nice gentleman helped me at first and helped me realize I had the label wrong so I came back in after I fixed it and a really kind lady helped me to get it returned. Amazing customer service. I’m sorry I didn’t get your names but you guys rock, really made my day :)

My parents have a mailbox in here and they have received great service. When they took me in to add me to their box so I could pick up their mail, the people were very friendly and accommodating. Every time I've needed to pop in for something personal, the staff has been very friendly and helpful.
