No elevator at all. Although there are three floors. We had to call the desk to have someone service our room(we were there for five nights). The staff weren't very friendly at all. The hallway floors weren't clean. We stayed there because the other hotels were booked through the weekend. Never again.

Location walking distance to downtown. Clean, nice breakfast, and friendly people at the desk
