“Honestly I bought shoes online that were a total failure and had to return several, however the manager (pretty sure Mark) was absolutely lovely and encouraged me to shop around before I had to deal with it directly. I found shoes to replace the ones that didn't work, and he fixed everything. He was very polite and funny and accommodating, and I'll definitely go back because it was s great retail experience. Also met Dave the owner and he was a gas to talk with. I personally would go back just to talk with him even though I am not into Western gear (my brother is...).
Also a great place to support the local business owners.”
