“I seen in the morning that an older lady had fallen on hard times and that she had a flat tire in the mcdonalds parking lot across from les schuab. So i decided to help and I took her there (on my lunch break) to help do my part and the tall gentleman with an arm tattoo and I believe glasses helped me and her with ease, got it done fast enough to still eat lunch, and helped find the best option!! Just wanted to say this community and the people in it are awesome! Also shout out Jacob who I spoke to on the phone about it and helped get me the knowledge!”

“Brought my Prius in after a very unfortunate encounter with a deer. The Tietan team was great about keeping me updated and dealing with my insurance. The repairs were completed almost 2 weeks ahead of schedule and the work was great quality. Looks like the accident never even happened.
