“It’s hot topic, I like this, recently went and I just felt the need to comment stating that the staff can be really friendly and nice, it’s a small location sure (it’s Yakima, what do you expect tho right?) but Lex, the staff member who was helping me find some nice clothes, was really helpful and supportive, like in Yakima I’m really afraid to be myself around folks and so just being able to just make side chat while they helped me get clothes was very comforting and I felt really welcomed there, I came out with some cool new pants to.Only complaint, it doesn’t have as much as other locations but…again it’s just Yakima, I’m glad we have one around at the very least, nice atmosphere and friendly staff.”

“We went to zoomies it was our sons first time getting a cut with clippers first she accommodated us I thought i had made an appt but come to find out it didn't register she kindly got us in anyways that was amazing? we drove 2 hours for the appt. She was so great with our 1.5 year old he was so comfortable, she does an amazing hair cut my son didn't think twice about trusting her she got right to it and his hair looks amazing. “Farmgirl Pickings is THE place to find something for everyone and yourself! Each time I arrive I find the cutest treasure, the funniest kitchen towels (iykyk) and their customer service is top notch! They know their customers by name and will order whatever I ask for. I told my sister they made me a lifelong customer when I discovered they actually carried my size in clothes!!! There is never any pressure to do anything but browse, however you won't be able to walk away empty handed....so many cute finds!”

“My daughter is transitioning from "kid" clothes to more teenage/nice clothes for middle school, but has been hesitant due to being unsure what she'd like for outfits. On a whim I took her into AE to see if there's anything she'd like. Being a 41 year old guy, yeah, I was lost, so I asked for help. In stepped Brooke. She didn't treat my daughter awkwardly but totally dived into a shopping experience with my daughter, asking her questions about herself and her likes, to ensure what they found actually worked for my daughter. I was thoroughly impressed not just with the customer service from Brooke, but the ability to recognize a shy, young girl being unsure of herself, then helping that girl feel real confidence in herself. I help run a company that works with people daily and I would hire Brooke in a heartbeat. Brooke, if you read this, thank you for being amazing and for making my daughter feel confidence in her appearance.”

“Fabulous selection ?? and very helpful, friendly service. They also let us "put items on hold" for 1 hour. We came back ASAP for an over $200 sale (my friend forgot her wallet). And they don't do holds! They really helped us out. Well, be back there and soon. Terrific shopping atmosphere. And smart staff. Its a clean, well lit place to see name brand (at a huge discount) clothes and lota of other accessories to go with. ??”
