Went to Sew Creative today and told Laurie and Teresa what I was looking for. ☺️ What an amazing staff!! It was like we were having a scavenger hunt, all of us looking for fabrics to match. “I came from Seattle to Wenatchee for a family camping trip, and I needed firewood to start a fire. I’ve been to other Home Depot locations before, but I have never had an experience like this one.
From the moment I walked in, someone greeted me right away. The staff here are incredibly kind and helpful — not just one person, but everyone I came across. There were about four or five different employees who interacted with me, and every single one of them left a great impression on me.
What really stood out to me were the small things that many people might not even notice anymore. For example, when they saw I looked a bit confused, they came up and asked if I needed help. Even as they passed by, they checked in and asked how I was doing.
At checkout, they made sure I didn’t have any questions and were very attentive. You can tell they truly care about their customers. Even as I was leaving, they wished me a good evening.
I was genuinely impressed by the level of customer service here. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had at any Home Depot. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit so pleasant!”

“??The folks at Ferguson Plumbing Supply were helpful, friendly and although I didn’t know the correct terminology for what I was seeking as a low-profile drywall hole covering over a water shutoff valve area in the utility closet (14x14” Access Panel), they knew exactly what I was describing. We got another plumbing Access Panel as well (8x8”), also for use in our new building. We will be coming back for a hot water heater and other items soon.???”
