“My wife and I stopped in just to *look* at Miele vacuums— she had been researching them online and just wanted to see them in person. Dave was quick to greet us, see what he could do for us, and then talk to us all about the differences between Miele and Sebo vacuums. He was so thorough, helpful, and knowledgeable that we thought for sure he must work on commission— turns out he doesn’t! He’s just that knowledgeable and passionate about vacuums! We went home to think it over and came back the next day to buy a Sebo Felix (which we are extremely happy with). Dave was a joy to interact with and even offered to assemble the vacuum right then and there and carry it out to the car for us. Overall, the folks here are fantastic, they know their products, and this will forever be the only place we go to for our vacuum-related needs.”

“A BIG thank you to Amber at the Customer Service Desk this morning in Wenatchee. We wanted to buy an artificial Christmas Tree. However, only the display tree was available. She helped us through the process along with getting the flocked tree into the giant bag along with another wonderful employee! Not an easy process! All smiles and happy to help. We did all end up rather “flocked.” Thank you!”

“Home Depot is great. They provide mask and hand sanitizer at the entrance door. Haven't had any major problems, staff knowledge can always improve but being a business where employees come and go understand. I wish they were better at answering the phone and communicating better during that process.”
