“I came from Seattle to Wenatchee for a family camping trip, and I needed firewood to start a fire. I’ve been to other Home Depot locations before, but I have never had an experience like this one.
From the moment I walked in, someone greeted me right away. The staff here are incredibly kind and helpful — not just one person, but everyone I came across. There were about four or five different employees who interacted with me, and every single one of them left a great impression on me.
What really stood out to me were the small things that many people might not even notice anymore. For example, when they saw I looked a bit confused, they came up and asked if I needed help. Even as they passed by, they checked in and asked how I was doing.
At checkout, they made sure I didn’t have any questions and were very attentive. You can tell they truly care about their customers. Even as I was leaving, they wished me a good evening.
I was genuinely impressed by the level of customer service here. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had at any Home Depot. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit so pleasant!”

“Wow!! So impressed with this store and it's employees! I came in last week to see if they had any chickens for sale. They didn't, but the gentleman working told me they were expecting some Friday. I came back today and picked up six chickens. We've never owned chickens before, and while I had done my research beforehand, I still needed some guidance. The younger gentleman who helped me was able to tell me the temperament of each breed, as well as what color eggs they'd lay and how often they'd lay. When we were ready, he boxed the chickens up for us, and then helped me pick out the best feed for them. The older gentleman who rang us up also helped carry out the feed and bedding. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! We will definitely be back for any future needs!”
