“I love Stan’s Merry Mart.. Great selection of high quality shoes, (keen, Merrill, Danner boots, sorel and many more brands) work boots, rain boots, and saltwater sandals. A huge selection of Yetis, an amazing cleaning supply section, huge selection of Carhartt hoodies, workwear, and even Carhartt kids.. Columbia coats, hiking gear, work gloves, random shit you don’t need, and more!”

“We have shopped here since 1976 when we first arrived in town. The old gang is mostly gone but there are still some knowledgeable people in the sales staff. They seem truly intent on helping you find what you need.”

“??The folks at Ferguson Plumbing Supply were helpful, friendly and although I didn’t know the correct terminology for what I was seeking as a low-profile drywall hole covering over a water shutoff valve area in the utility closet (14x14” Access Panel), they knew exactly what I was describing. We got another plumbing Access Panel as well (8x8”), also for use in our new building. We will be coming back for a hot water heater and other items soon.???”

“Fantastic people the place is a little tight for a semi with a 53-foot reefer but it's not bad if you just back in from the road quick and easy to get unloaded and they are good to their truck drivers helping them get ahead of schedule”

“Wow!! So impressed with this store and it's employees! I came in last week to see if they had any chickens for sale. They didn't, but the gentleman working told me they were expecting some Friday. I came back today and picked up six chickens. We've never owned chickens before, and while I had done my research beforehand, I still needed some guidance. The younger gentleman who helped me was able to tell me the temperament of each breed, as well as what color eggs they'd lay and how often they'd lay. When we were ready, he boxed the chickens up for us, and then helped me pick out the best feed for them. The older gentleman who rang us up also helped carry out the feed and bedding. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! We will definitely be back for any future needs!”

“I came from Seattle to Wenatchee for a family camping trip, and I needed firewood to start a fire. I’ve been to other Home Depot locations before, but I have never had an experience like this one. From the moment I walked in, someone greeted me right away. The staff here are incredibly kind and helpful — not just one person, but everyone I came across. There were about four or five different employees who interacted with me, and every single one of them left a great impression on me. What really stood out to me were the small things that many people might not even notice anymore. For example, when they saw I looked a bit confused, they came up and asked if I needed help. Even as they passed by, they checked in and asked how I was doing. At checkout, they made sure I didn’t have any questions and were very attentive. You can tell they truly care about their customers. Even as I was leaving, they wished me a good evening. I was genuinely impressed by the level of customer service here. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had at any Home Depot. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit so pleasant!”

“We've spent the last two days shopping at Lowe's in Wenatchee (unfortunately had to drive back from Chelan as the toilet didn't fit). I will have to say that on both visits their customer service was absolutely OUTSTANDING! I honestly can say I have never been to a better ran home improvement store in my life and with, at one time, owning 5 houses, I have quite a bit of experience. Usually you can never find help and here in Wenatchee we had the greatest experience with many employees. Keep up the great customer service and many kudos to your management and staff! You guys rock!”
