“I know Holaday's Custom Muffler & Fabrication does quailty work because that is my go to place when I need exaust work done.I purchased a 2010 Pontiac G6 that was loud!! Thet gentleman I purchased it from said that is how they sound, I thought no way after driving it home from Lynnwood.I took it to Mr. Holaday at Holaday's Custom Muffler & Fabrication and he inspected it and told me my resonator had a hole in it. He quoted me a great price to replace it and fix it. Wow!! Much quieter!The car sits low and I had hit something on the underneath while going thru the Jet Pro Tunnel Wash, so I looked underneath and it looked like the exaust was a little low.I contacted Mr. Holaday on Friday and asked him if he could check out my exaust because I thought it was a little low. He said drop it off Monday and he will get me dial up, because he likes stuff to be right.I brought it in to him on Monday and he had it fixed in no time and it is perfect now!!He is all about quality work and customer satisfaction!! If you don't think its right he will make it right. No questions asked!Great job and thank you Chad, I appreciate doing business with you and your quality work!”

He took my alternator put brand new parts inside and had it back to me mid morning. I got my RV running by noon and we’re off to our vacation.”

“Troy and Mary run an excellent shop. Troy repaired both my breaks and CV Axel. They were prompt, courteous, and true to their estimate. When Troy couldn’t fix the breaks in time, due to unforeseen rust around my calipers, he called.
I could hear the real regret in his voice that intimated I needed to wait for the following day for him to finish, but he said this, confidently and with integrity, because quote: “I need the extra time in exchange to do the job right... because …I always do the job right.”
Later, he came into the shop on a Saturday so I could conveniently pick up the truck the next morning. So no trouble at all. My vehicle drives smooth and safely down the road.

“WE NEED MORE MEN (people in general) LIKE MANUAL …HE BECAME A LIFESAVER TO ME, WHEN STRANDED BETWEEN WENACTHEE AND QUINCY IN THE BOONIE.I had met Manuel a few times before about some noise that we couldn’t figure out (probably the fan), so he was the first person I called. I was able to get my car towed from my insurance co to his place in the afternoon, and he immediately order the parts (not cheap ones either) and his “not so friendly” mechanic had it fixed the very next day.The fan I had replaced (I did 2) 3 years ago broke, and that broke the radiator I replaced 5 years ago, and he replaced the thermostat.The amazing and unheard-of part, unless you are like he and I, is that he didn’t even have the payment yet, but we trusted God to provide and He did, via 2 churches, (crumbs) but mainly my son in Ca.A few weeks later, my serpentine belt shredded, so his “not so friendly” mechanic replaced that. But it wasn’t on right, so the 1st tooth part of the rubber is gone, but will fine anyway, as it stopped. I bought the more expensive belt.Manuel himself did a thorough oil change on my car too, a bit expensive, but worth it, because I know it was done right.Manuel is very friendly, respectful and kind. Never seen a man (52) with such a good heart that didn’t try to take, but he gives instead. I’ve seen him do good deeds for others as well. But just because he went out of his way to help and a few others, doesn’t mean he will for everyone, so don’t take advantage of one of the few kind people left, or he’ll quit too.”

I found the vehicle online, called the dealership, and was assisted by Marvin, who put me in touch with Pancho.
I made an offer, we talked for a while, and once I test drove the truck, we made a reasonable deal, and they delivered it right to my door in Yakima.
They also offered to let me pay part of the money in a couple of months without interest.
In short, Pancho was very friendly and did a great job helping me get a good deal.

“Jorge rocks! Sunday morning stranded westbound on Hwy 2 with flat tire and bent rim. Jorge refused to leave us stranded even when he couldn't find a replacement rim. He spent 2+ hours working his butt off to get the rim fixed enough for us to get back to town for a full repair on Monday for only $95!!! His mobile repair setup is sweet!”
