“I know Holaday's Custom Muffler & Fabrication does quailty work because that is my go to place when I need exaust work done.I purchased a 2010 Pontiac G6 that was loud!! Thet gentleman I purchased it from said that is how they sound, I thought no way after driving it home from Lynnwood.I took it to Mr. Holaday at Holaday's Custom Muffler & Fabrication and he inspected it and told me my resonator had a hole in it. He quoted me a great price to replace it and fix it. Wow!! Much quieter!The car sits low and I had hit something on the underneath while going thru the Jet Pro Tunnel Wash, so I looked underneath and it looked like the exaust was a little low.I contacted Mr. Holaday on Friday and asked him if he could check out my exaust because I thought it was a little low. He said drop it off Monday and he will get me dial up, because he likes stuff to be right.I brought it in to him on Monday and he had it fixed in no time and it is perfect now!!He is all about quality work and customer satisfaction!! If you don't think its right he will make it right. No questions asked!Great job and thank you Chad, I appreciate doing business with you and your quality work!”

“****** at ****'s Towing in ********** went above and beyond to help me get assistance for my husband when his jeep engine died just east of the Ryegrass rest stop on I-90. She could not get a truck to him timely, but advised me for over an hour on who to call. She even contacted the State Patrol to check on him. Trying to help my husband in the middle stuck on the freeway in the middle of the state from Tacoma was a very frightening experience. Kudos to ****** and ****'s towing. Angels in our time of need. ”

“I can’t say how thankful I am for Javier making my 4th of July vacation happen. The alternator failed on my RV the day before we’re about to leave, no parts stores could have one. He took my alternator put brand new parts inside and had it back to me mid morning. I got my RV running by noon and we’re off to our vacation.”

“We arrived, as it turns out, after hours on a Saturday afternoon. (The listing on the KTM website is incorrect: they close at 4 PM on Saturday.) However, someone came to the door anyway and asked what we needed. I was looking for a replacement bulb for my headlight. He said come on in. Kody at the parts desk was incredibly helpful, even though we couldn't solve my burnt out bulb issue. Recommended: Recognizing the need for travellers passing through is great service. Thank you for accommodating us.”
“Angler’s (Ken) was recommended to me by my Niece for an issue I was having with my radiator losing fluid while we were camping in Chelan. We were in a pickle and needed help right away because we needed to be able to tow our trailer back across the mountain and be home for an obligation at the end of the week. When I contacted Anglers it was Ken the owner I spoke with and he told me to bring my truck in right away that same day. It turned out my radiator was cracked and they replaced it in less than 24 hours after I’d brought it to them even though the shop was obviously very busy. The service was over the moon exceptional and Ken treated us like family. I just wish we lived in Wenatchee so I could have all my automotive work done at Anglers. Thanks again for saving our bacon Ken!”
“Troy and Mary run an excellent shop. Troy repaired both my breaks and CV Axel. They were prompt, courteous, and true to their estimate. When Troy couldn’t fix the breaks in time, due to unforeseen rust around my calipers, he called.
I could hear the real regret in his voice that intimated I needed to wait for the following day for him to finish, but he said this, confidently and with integrity, because quote: “I need the extra time in exchange to do the job right... because …I always do the job right.”
Later, he came into the shop on a Saturday so I could conveniently pick up the truck the next morning. So no trouble at all. My vehicle drives smooth and safely down the road.
His price is reasonable, below an estimate I received elsewhere, and Mary, the clerk, a delight. So, these are the reasons I endorse this shop’s good name and my 5 Star rating. Thanks guys!”
“I needed 2 batteries. After getting jump from AAA, I was told not to shut off truck for an hour. Headed straight for Jerry's and they put the batteries in for me since I didn't know how and was in a hard spot. They are wonderful and will always have my business.”
“I have been coming to H&D for Two to Three years. The men working Garth and Caleb are amazing, very kind, easy to work with and caring. They are very easy to get ahold of and plan an appointment and drive ups for things such as lights and sensors ect. I trust these men with the safety of my car and that the work they put in will keep me safe as well. I have never had an unpleasant time with them and they do great work, don't mess around and they don't charge a ridiculous amount like everyone else I've seen. “WE NEED MORE MEN (people in general) LIKE MANUAL …HE BECAME A LIFESAVER TO ME, WHEN STRANDED BETWEEN WENACTHEE AND QUINCY IN THE BOONIE.I had met Manuel a few times before about some noise that we couldn’t figure out (probably the fan), so he was the first person I called. I was able to get my car towed from my insurance co to his place in the afternoon, and he immediately order the parts (not cheap ones either) and his “not so friendly” mechanic had it fixed the very next day.The fan I had replaced (I did 2) 3 years ago broke, and that broke the radiator I replaced 5 years ago, and he replaced the thermostat.The amazing and unheard-of part, unless you are like he and I, is that he didn’t even have the payment yet, but we trusted God to provide and He did, via 2 churches, (crumbs) but mainly my son in Ca.A few weeks later, my serpentine belt shredded, so his “not so friendly” mechanic replaced that. But it wasn’t on right, so the 1st tooth part of the rubber is gone, but will fine anyway, as it stopped. I bought the more expensive belt.Manuel himself did a thorough oil change on my car too, a bit expensive, but worth it, because I know it was done right.Manuel is very friendly, respectful and kind. Never seen a man (52) with such a good heart that didn’t try to take, but he gives instead. I’ve seen him do good deeds for others as well. But just because he went out of his way to help and a few others, doesn’t mean he will for everyone, so don’t take advantage of one of the few kind people left, or he’ll quit too.”

“My car was hit while parked outside my job. Allstate was the insurance of the driver that backed into my car. Apparently they only work with this body shop, and honestly after the service I had I plan to go back if ever needed and refer them to everyone. I appreciate how upfront they were with timelines being long and how busy and booked they were, but they beat their own timelines!
They had to cut out and weld on a new rear driver side quarter panel, replace the bumper and painting. They didn’t think they would fit me in till end of July or August, called me the first week of July to drop off on the 8th. Said it could take 2-3 weeks maybe more depending on what they found once things were taken apart. While it did almost take the full 3 weeks (just shy by 3 days), the car looks perfect. They got it back to me on Friday for the weekend. It’s cleaned and you can’t even tell there was ever any damage.
The staff were all nice and helpful. Called me back with updates and called me early enough in the day to arrange a ride to pick it up easily. Just a great experience all around and so glad to have my car back and looking just as good as the day I bought it.
