Best bike shop in town. They are knowledgeable and have amazing service. We had a French exchange student who bikes for miles. He told us this is the one to go to in town. We have been going here now for 5 years and are always pleased.

Absolutely awesome service. Had to come in from out of town, so I scheduled a time for some work to be done and then changed into riding gear to test it out by taking a quick lap around the river park loop.Not only was the work they performed stellar, but I accidentally forgot my tennis shoes and knowing I would figure that out after they were closed, he hung out doing other work until I called.Really great experience. Even being over an hour away, I will definitely be back.

I was going to be in Wenatchee for a day and wanted to get out and ride the trails in the evening. I called Ridge Cyclesports and they stated they had a mountain bike that would fit me. I reserved it a few days in advance and followed up once. When I showed up, they had the bike as promised. They gave me the low down on the trails I was to ride ( Sage Hills Trails), pointed me in the direction of the trails and I hit it.It was a good mountain bike, the ride was enjoyable, and the staff was super nice and helpful!

My first time in for a repair on my son’s bike. What a wonderful experience. Really nice people, great service. It feels good to walk into a mom and pop business where the owners/employees make you feel like you’ve been in their shop a hundred times. Made me want to go back and buy a bike for myself. In fact, I will be back. Thank you!

Their bikes are posted online which is handy. Happened to be visiting the area and found just the bike I was looking for here. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Inviting atmosphere with plenty of options. Probably the best bike shop I’ve been to. Very worth the visit!

Me & my e-bike had a bit of a fall down that ended up messing my throttle. The only bike shop willing to try & repair was Ridge. They did a fine job w a great "can do attitude". Several weeks & miles later my 4 3/4" back tire got a flat. Again I received great service at a reasonable price.

Mick was awesome! I was looking for a crank brothers cleat, Mick picked up first ring was super helpful had the part in stock which is a challenge these days and then spent 20 minutes explaining the fat bike trails all around Wenatchee and Leavenworth area! If I lived here this would be the bike shop I use every day. Thanks again happy trails
