“I had a great experience with this storage facility in West Richland. I rented their smallest unit. The entire setup process was incredibly smooth and convenient. Everything was handled online, which made things very easy. When I arrived, the unit was ready and the key was exactly where it was supposed to be, right on time.
Even the move-out process was just as seamless. I was able to complete everything either online or over the phone without any hassle. I used their service for about a year, and throughout that time, everything was consistently straightforward and reliable.
Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free storage solution.
The only thing that they can definitely improve is the condition outside the storage units. It seems like a lot of stray dogs or cats wander in this area.”

“I didn't know when they were going to arrive until 50 minutes prior. They went to the wrong address first. They didn't have enough room for everything that was in the inventory I provided. One of the patio chairs' fabric was ripped. Other than that, the guys were pleasant, the work was fast, and they seemed to have a good grasp on the process. Not perfect, but what is?”
