I received a friendly text message that included words like trespassing and police. Just not cool. Moving is stressful enough. And you texted me because you saw me at MY unit unloading MY household items. Still love you guys, but cut me a little slack :)”

Everything was handled online, which made things very easy. When I arrived, the unit was ready and the key was exactly where it was supposed to be, right on time.

Even the move-out process was just as seamless. I was able to complete everything either online or over the phone without any hassle. I used their service for about a year, and throughout that time, everything was consistently straightforward and reliable.

The only thing that they can definitely improve is the condition outside the storage units. It seems like a lot of stray dogs or cats wander in this area.”
