“Coming from the westside where the USPS sucked, I LOVE coming here. There is always more than one person working. The staff is always helpful, even when I come in multiple times a week to drop off packages and ask for a receipt. Westside could learn a thing or two from these guys.”
“I had a package that was supposed to be delivered last week, I think that the company that shipped it had a mishap with my address, it went back and fourth from spokane to pasco 2 times, the Gal ( I'm so sorry I dont remember your name!) at the benton city post office called me directly and asked me about it, said she would have it delivered the next day- then sent someone that night to bring it, which she totally didnt have to do. So sweet and we are so appreciative!”

“Sure , it’s a bit slow , they usually have one guy on counter duty , they’re hiring and might be low on staff perhaps , but the place is nice and they’re usually very polite , at least in my experience , definitely never rude to me , they’re very busy all the time , that’s the Nature of delivery services these days .”
