Great selection of equipment and free weights in excellent condition and maintained well. Adequate space and not overcrowded. Pool and sauna are a nice touch, too. Nice hours and very clean. Cleaning solution and towels provided. Excellent selection of cardio equipment too. Highly recommended

Overall appreciate the gym but not the fact that many people use the sauna in their workout clothes and shoes. This seems acceptable to management although the practice is unhygienic. Management, please raise the bar by requiring showers before using the sauna just as you do for the swimming pool and spa.
