“Had the best experience with a gentleman (Rex) in the Woodinville, Washington’s hearing aid department. Very attentive and explained everything in regards to what my options were with the available hearing aids. He went into detail about the warranty, how adjustments can be made remotely, follow up visits, etc. - - I went with Costco’s hearing aids because of the service Rex provided, along with the cost when compared to others.”
“This is for the pharmacy department. Having just had a terrible experience getting vaxxed at the Issaquah branch, I'm motivated to give my local branch the good review they deserve. They are rarely swarming with customers, so it's usually not much of a wait (goes for the drive-through as well). The staff is polite and friendly; I have a lot of prescriptions and when something does go wrong (usually because of my insurance), they are very helpful in figuring out the issue. I'm very glad that this is my local pharmacy. I only wish they had Covid vaccine appointments available!”

“Staff are always polite and helpful. 1 star deducted for the phone issues, but I blame corporate and not the pharmacy staff for that. I appreciate that refills through text work great. And of course being able to grab your groceries too is really convenient.I've also had great experiences with their vaccinations, easy to schedule on the website, in and out!”

“One of the best! There are Walgreens and other stores closer to me but I drive out of my way to go to this store! Great sales, great prices and stock and knowledgeable and friendly employees that are always doing their best to help you! So hard to find these days!”

“The tech was very customer service oriented. Pharmacist Stephani? Tech USHA. She went above and beyond in helping me with my prescription that was billed incorrectly. I had no issue paying the initial amount, but she insisted that it was likely incorrect. Apparently, it was charged incorrectly as she discussed with the pharmacist. I paid the reduced amount. Thank you for caring!”
