“Walgreens used to be my pharmacy and they were dreadful. I switched to this Costco pharmacy and it has been life changing. People pick up the phone here AND when they do they are nice AND they actually help. I’ve only been using this pharmacy for 3 months and it’s already saved hours and removed all frustration from getting a rx filled.”

“Had the best experience with a gentleman (Rex) in the Woodinville, Washington’s hearing aid department. Very attentive and explained everything in regards to what my options were with the available hearing aids. He went into detail about the warranty, how adjustments can be made remotely, follow up visits, etc. - - I went with Costco’s hearing aids because of the service Rex provided, along with the cost when compared to others.”

“This is for the pharmacy department. Having just had a terrible experience getting vaxxed at the Issaquah branch, I'm motivated to give my local branch the good review they deserve. They are rarely swarming with customers, so it's usually not much of a wait (goes for the drive-through as well). The staff is polite and friendly; I have a lot of prescriptions and when something does go wrong (usually because of my insurance), they are very helpful in figuring out the issue. I'm very glad that this is my local pharmacy. I only wish they had Covid vaccine appointments available!”

“Wow wow wow. I have never met a single pharmacist that love their job, but the staff here??? Totally different story. They were all smiles and so happy to help me. I needed a prescription pretty quick, and they had it ready same day. I truly mean it, when I say staff like yours make a difference in how patients feel, and how comfortable it is to pick up medication. To put into words how incredible the staff is, they were nervous and excited watching baby geese cross the road. It doesn't get better than that!”
