Doug was not only punctual but also quite understanding! After a mixup with Google maps directing him to a different neighborhood (NOT his fault), he quickly notified me, corrected the situation, and met me at my doorstep shortly after at no extra charge. He's transparent about the cost, friendly, and his services are fast and definitely affordable considering the market. Just get a quote from other towing companies and you'll find yourself calling for him.”
“I was on my way to work and randomly decided to pop into McLeod to see if they might have been able to help me with my 2005 Jeep Wrangler TJ. The driver's side door was stuck shut and I couldn't open it at all. I was entering on the passenger side and hopping over. They immediately identified the problem and were able to fix it quickly. The cherry on top was the price was much lower than I was expecting! I hope I never have to visit a body shop again, but if I do, I will be returning to McLeod! Thank you team!”

Unfortunately, I needed a tow service. They gave me a quote up front with a time frame to get to my location.they arrived sooner than expected.They were very professional, friendly, and I would highly recommend them!! Great guys!”

“Snow and ice made me lose control of my car, wrecking the wheel, control arm and strut on the passenger side. I am lucky to not have more damage to my car or myself. I forgot to get his name but he was so nice and kept me up to date on communication on arrival as well as information on what parts were broken, and honest prices on how much it should take to fix them to keep me from being taken advantage of at motor shops. He also explained what he was doing to my car in a layman’s language that I could understand, reassuring me he wasn’t damaging the wheel parts further. 100/10 service, can’t recommend them enough. “I was very suspicious about the company when i read the reviews and probably thought that they were gonna charge me more based on my ethnic profile. But their way of replies to the reviews wanted me to give some benefit of doubt.
To my surprise i had a good experience, roughly couple weeks ago.
I called them couple days before any need just to find out the general pricing and they didn't have any of my information at that point. Few days later i had a need and called them to see if they would come and tow my car from North Bend. The driver ( sorry can't recollect the name but he was a young, tall, red curly hair guy ) turned in very quick, hooked up my car and towed it quick. No hazzle. He was professional and yet casual. He actually stopped at a wrong address initially and when i told him he got the address wrong he reached the right address quickly without any qualms.
The lady who spoke to me on the phone was also very professional ( may be not the typical customer care sweet tone, but honest ).
May be there are few drivers who are not as good as the one that serviced my car.
I was charged ~$350 for towing ~25 miles. I didn't compare with other Towing Service's prices but i know this is not an extortion price. Also, i learnt that towing by our request has a different price than when our car gets towed by state patrol or violations. Hope this information helps other people, who are not aware.

“I broke down along 405, and called Greg at Mac Towing for help. He sent Dana to come pick me and my car up. Dana was awesome! We took back roads to get home to avoid traffic, and he even jump started my other car that had a dead battery so I would have a working car! The price was very fair and reasonable. I've never needed a tow truck before, but if I ever do... I'll be calling these guys!”

“While it wasn’t a pleasant experience to have my sister’s car towed away unexpectedly, the people we talked to today (Jeffery and Nick) were very pleasant. It wasn’t a cheap mistake at $451, but at the very least, they were nice when we came in. So thank you for not making a bad day worse!”
“The invoice says the driver’s name is N. Andrews (night) but really this man was Jesus in a tow truck. After blowing out our front tire around mp 22 on I-90 after 10 pm we tried roadside assistance. After waiting 2 hours, the operator advised they were unsuccessful connecting to a driver. We are in an e-450 shuttle van conversion. We called around to various shops. Each company quoted at least 2 hours. Mac’s picked up and took the quote. The driver was advised the nature of the vehicle and said he would be by in 15 minutes. He arrived shortly after the call back. He hooked our bus up promptly which was impressive considering he was in a standard tow truck compared to the others requiring a flatbed. He dropped us off at the nearby tire shop in issaquah in the middle of the night and he was gone. when he pulled away we couldn’t help but notice his tow equipment was in the shape of a cross hence the Jesus in a tow truck. The cost was very reasonable under 300.00. Cannot say thank you enough to the driver N Andrews.”

My car was given a car wash inside and out, they made sure enterprise knew to pick me up and come for the rental at drop off !
