“I have been coming to Reed's Automotive for nearly a year now as a former Oregonian and a loyal customer of an auto mechanic shop in Portland for 25 years that deliberately withheld communicating to me several major repairs that were needed for my 1995 Toyota Tacoma truck. You don't expect that after 25 years but now thanks to Reed's and Jon their service manager who relentlessly researches the lowest cost of parts for you and their wonderful mechanics (who execute the highest standards of mechanical repairs) I am on the BEST path forward to driving safely. I want to extend my greatest thanks to Jon who has many many years in his field of expertise. His decades long lifetime experience and his quiet, patient manner contribute to Reed's what many Automotive repair businesses lack. “Broke down on the freeway first time ever really didn’t know what to do called jacks towing in woodland shout out to them They were great towed me into chucks great experience as soon as I walked through the door. Was concerned not knowing anything about them at first but after a few minutes felt comfortable They were up front with the repairs and price also offer me a loner car to use until my was fixed which help me so much sense I had no idea how I was going to get home. Work was done in reasonable time saved me some money from quoted price. Also should mention the tech was knowledgeable and pleasant to talk with. If you’re ever in need of any auto repair highly recommend chuck they tell you how it is”
“there is a reason why Tim and Jeff get high ratings. they fix what needs to be fixed, they sell you what you need and nothing that you don't. I was tripping breakers, they went from one end to the other, checked every socket, every wire, took the breaker panel apart checked everything. turns out it was just a couple issues and they found them, fixed them, and everything works fine. I have used others and Ive had to bend over when I got the bill and it wasn't fixed right. Tim is honest and if you are lucky enough for him to fit you in, go for it”

“We brought our 2018 Volkswagen to Greenline after a fender bender that took out the rear bumper and quarter panel and couldn't be happier with their customer service. No trace of any accident after paint (perfect match!), great fit of the new parts with no wonky gaps. They even finished in less time than estimated, saving us on the rental. 5 out of 5, definitely recommend.”
“I can't say enough good things about this small shop with a big heart. I am one of the recently displaced residents of the Portland downtown arson so I thought that I would think outside of the box on a place to call home while the investigation and my insurance took their time to come up with some answers. So I was given an extremely great deal on an on an older RV. Yes it is a 1980 and while in great shape on the inside and out it is dated. So when the water pump on the engine went out I didn't think it would be a big deal to get it fixed, I mean the engine only has 50k, but boy was I in for a surprise. I broke down in Woodland WA and called every shop within a 40 mile radius and was given quick dismissals or no response at all. Simply stating that they did not work on RV,s that old under any circumstances. From what I have learned it's because most of them are not well taken care of, which was not the case with mine. I'll be sure to include some photos later. With nobody to take RV to my tow truck driver said that he knew a place that did some specialized work on some more difficult situations. So without even being able to speak to someone first he drops my RV, at night mind you, in the front of Down River Auto and I just left a message on their machine and crossed my fingers. Now not only have they been hard at work on my RV they have been working with me to keep the cost down because of fire situation. I have not been asked to leave this review and to be honest I am not sure if they even need more business. However I feel it's important to let people know how wonderful they have been. “Called and spoke to someone about needing a couple of tires for my daughter's car today. The person I spoke with was very polite and surprised me with how fair and reasonable their pricing is. I called a few places and they wanted as much as or more for used tires. But the Woodland Tire Shop offered me the same prices, actually bout $15 less for new ones than the other places.
I was able to get in without an appointment and the gentleman who helped me was very nice and helpful.
I would recommend them to anyone who wants good tires at a very fair price and awesome customer service.”

“My relationship with Master Transmission & Automotive began with having an engine warning light diagnosed, which revealed that the #8 glow plug on my Ford F250 Super Duty needed to be replaced. I received a detailed description of what the job entailed, and was given a price. The job was done with no surprises, both mechanically and price wise. Since then, with having an oil change, 4 new tires and radiator flushes, I am convinced I made the right choice by leaving the dealership shops for a local shop whose focus is on a quality job and customer satisfaction. “Ventured in because we need tires on our mommy whip. Overall good experience. The lady working the front was very kind. Helped us with financing and looking at 3 different tiers of tires. Got us all hooked up and was able to get our mommy whip in right away and get new tires installed. Had reasonable pricing and free popcorn. Just in time to take our beach vacation this weekend.”
