“I have had some issues with my debt card that I received from a different branch of US bank. The customer service employee Mr. Hernandez has helped me multiple times and as been nothing less than outstanding. He has gladly assisted me with any problem that arose in a friendly and professional manner. If any US bank member ever has card/account problems I would highly recommend contacting the Woodland branch of US bank for this individuals assistance.”

“I have to give serious props to Alexis and Chantal! I was in today and having a dilemma with trying to get money out of an old account in the state of Georgia. They helped me get a checking account open (so I can transfer the money), set me up for online banking, and get a debit card all within about a hour. They were both so helpful, accommodating, efficient, and informative! I can’t say enough how big of an asset to the Woodland Fibre Federal branch they both are.”
