“I rented a truck to pick up some building materials in Oregon. Unfortunately, the supplier screwed up the order, so I drove all the way back hauling nothing. I filled the gas tank thinking I'd use a lot of fuel, but returned it with basically a full tank (instead of half a tank like I started with). I didn't ask for anything when I returned the truck (it wasn't their fault), but the manager went out of her way to get the cost of the rental down and saved me a good bit of money. That is the kind of company I want to do business with. If I need a truck in the future, I'm definitely renting from them.”
