“A few years back my father had dementia and would hop out of the car at any given moment, so mom needed the passenger door not to open from the inside. Explaining why, they took care of it for free. Now that Dad is gone, mom went back to get the latch working again. And once again, they did it free of charge. That’s going the Extra Mile for our community. Way to go!”

And they did all the 16-point vehicle check along with the oil change and filter. And when I said I just wanted a basic oil change and filter, they didn't try to upsell me which is a huge plus. “Chris took the time to explain each one of the faults with my vehicle and provided a detailed estimate. Moreover, I was impressed with his very personable and friendly manner. The ladies who took my phone calls on several occasions were also equally as great. The techs clearly went over the vehicle with a fine tooth comb and found a few deficiencies that are in need of attention.
I recommend this shop to anyone in the area looking to do business with real people and not the corporate flavor you find all too often these days. Five stars.”
