“Had a lockout with the keys stuck in the trunk with no access to the rear right before my flight.Roadside assitance sent a locksmith and he couldn't get the trunk open. Roadside then sent Garza and he went through every possible way to get my trunk open and eventually was able to help me get the key out of the back. He was quick with it and helped me make the last flight out!”

“I have nothing but good things to say. I had two vehicles to get worked on, an Acura and a Honda, and they fixed them both for reasonable cost. Repairs included power steering hoses, flush transmission, brake and power steering fluid replacement, new tires, and oil changes. Jake gave great customer service from the start when I accidentally called the shop while trying to call another shop lol. After talking with him I decided to go to Midas. Later when there was a mix up and delay in getting the parts for the power steering Chris stepped in and offered a discount for the inconvenience, which was greatly appreciated. Lastly, when we picked up the Acura we needed to put the new plates on and had no screws and Dylan was a real gem and got it all handled free of cost. Overall I'm very happy at Midas and can highly recommend.”

“I'd give 10 stars if possible. They got me scheduled for a check engine turbo code diagnostic. Isaac was then able to get my repairs done the same day, which was very helpful because I desperately need this truck to move and my drive was over an hour to the shop. I am also thankful for the two mechanics that worked on my vehicle and the manager that ordered extra parts so it was on-hand for my 2007 vehicle. It's difficult to find a shop that will work on diesels on short notice. Today I got: fast, good AND fair price. Thank you Casey's!”

“I have been going to jordan ( orchards auto care) for about 3 years now. When I first went I just got a new car and me and jordan immediately got along and talked about the car and much more. I build a relationship from day one and I really like the service him and the team provides. He is always making time for me and making sure my vehicle is taken care of. One thing that always makes me come back is how he always makes sure to explain what is wrong, how he can fix it, how much it will cost and how to prevent it. “Needed an oil change and tire rotation. The Ford dealership was booked solid, but recommended the Quick Lane next door.Quick Lane doesn't do appointments, so I was ready to either wait or come back to pick up my vehicle later.We got there right at 7 am on a Saturday and were several customers back in line. So, if you want to make this quick, be there before they open, I guess. My wife gave me a ride, so I didn't mind the estimated two-hour turnaround.The employee checked me in promptly and we were on our way. We ran a few errands while Quick Lane did the hard part. The promised phone call telling me my truck was ready did come, not quite two hours later.They took great care of my truck. The tech correctly reset the oil life counter, which others have not done at other garages. (Looking at you, Meineke in Kentucky.)Also, they were honest about what my truck needed and what it didn't. No upsell attempts or spooky stories about needing additional services or else I may die in a horrible mishap caused by my reluctance to spend money.(They did recommend that, next time, I have them change the cabin air filter. That's fair.)All told, seventy bucks well spent. Please keep in mind that, for that price, I got the oil changed and the tires rotated on a full size pickup.If you'll be staying on site, they have TV, vending machines, and WiFi, so you're probably set.I'll happily take my truck back and recommend this place regardless of your vehicle make or model. They may be Ford oriented, but they take care of other cars and trucks as well.”

“SUPER awesome location. I primarily used to go to Valvoline for general services but they were not able to help me at all with a serpentine belt replacement. I called Jiffy Lube and Trevor let me know they can absolutely provide this service. I had bought my own belt in hopes to replace it myself and they were able to use it no problem. It was done in a super reasonable amount of time and, as a woman, they didn’t attempt to overcharge me or recommend unnecessary services at all which is hard to come by. Incredibly thankful for the team at this location, especially Trevor for his excellent customer service and general kindness.”

“Took my Tacoma in for a oil change and rear Diff fluid change. They noticed one of my break lights were out and replaced. Also inspected carbon and air filters and replaced those too.The main person who was helping me was Amy. She was very polite quick and helpful.They also cleaned my battery off for me.10/10 will be back again.”

“Manager is honest and genuine. I used to take my car to the Toyota dealership, but find they over price all their services and don’t do everything they say they do. I also used to endure a 3-4hr wait just for oil changes, because 1hr would turn into several and you had to ask why it would take so long. The mechanics at honest 1 were able to give advice and reasonable prices for fixing what Toyota messed up. Now their my place for oil changes and I don’t wait all day.”

“I don't write a lot of reviews but the staff at this location were excellent & went above and beyond. Oil change was fast and I requested a new cabin filter (cabin filters can be a real pain to install in the vehicle I have). The employee who installed the cabin filter ran into some difficulty and it required extra time & tools, cutting into his lunch break. I felt bad but he was friendly and didn't complain once. Saved me a huge headache from figuring it out myself. I really appreciated the extra help and the staff here are all professional, efficient & pleasant!”

“This was our first time at this location (just moved to the Couve area). The staff here were very kind & Extremely Busy, this day!!! Both bays were open & a bit short staffed (as it looked), we were back about 5 vehicles besides the ones already being serviced in the 2 bays. When we entered the drive area, we were greeted & told they were very busy & our wait time may be an Hour! We were ok with that, because we had this day planned to get this done before heading out this week for a special wedding about a 4½ hour drive away!! So, the wait was fine. I appreciated the heads up & they were pretty spot on with their estimation of an hour! Once in the bay, they all went through each step of their process & we're taking the time to do each individual step/process to make sure each of their customers (us included) were taken care of as they should be! Although, I had mentioned to the person **(We had Just had the Factory Replace our engine Brand New from top to bottom, only 6,000 miles ago)** he repeated to me what I had let them know, he was a bit too busy, entering everything into the computer & relaying the information to the team of employees working on our vehicle, but None of them took into account what I had mentioned & still tried to let me know that Soon because of the Mileage on the Vehicle & NOT on my New Engine & All Components within..I would need to Replace All belts at 100,000 miles & was Recommended to get it done...I Reminded him that We Only Have 6,000 miles on the Brand New Engine ..it didn't seem to phase him? Except, that the Cost from the factory was Almost $23,000 for the new engine & covered by the factory warranty! One thing to watch out for at Any of the quick type of oil change/lube places...Always trying to sell the other services & Most Importantly, their Sticker to come back for an oil change in 3,000 miles. Now...we Paid for & Hopefully Received their Full Synthetic Oil!!! You Only have to change Full Synthetic oil at 5,000-7,500 Miles & Some even say Up To 10,000! Watch for this at Any Place you go!! To be honest, they were So Busy that I bet it is just a habit to print off the first one! Anyway, this visit was good! They were or seemed to be consciences of the job they were to do & kept on task. I would be doing all on my own, but as I am getting older, my body doesn't want to work how it did, even 5 years ago.Thank you to the staff here! Very good experience!”

The GM was so kind fixed the problem right away and even helped direct me in the right Direction with what was going on with my high-pressure fuel pump.
