“Went in because my dumb ass overfilled the oil in a car I've recently acquired-by about 3 quarts! So, I needed it to be drained back out and so I called Gaynor's. They were a tad pricier than I'd have thought it would cost to just drain extra oil but they were SUPER professional, fairly quick and the best part is that they DID NOT attempt to upsell me or bullshit me in any way! That's a huge deal for single women that particularly get preyed upon on the auto fixing industry. Thank you For the honesty and overall great experience.”

The guys there was super friendly and helpful, they help refilled my engine oil for free, turns out I was just a quarter short of the engine oil. “We had a problem where the dipstick fell into the pan. It was a bummer for them and for me as well but they were diligent and hit it head on and took care of me as a customer. I appreciate their graciousness and tenacity in resolving the problem. Even though we had this problem that happened they took responsibility and handled it. They didn’t charge for the oil change because of this problem and offered it.”

“They got me in on the same day to replace a starter in my truck as I was stuck in Portland. They did try and up sale me on things I had just replaced. I did not apriate that. I new what needed to be done. I just had my truck serviced and new breaks put on. The service department said my breaks where at a 1. I declined as this was un true and I knew it. Just wish people would be honest and not try to take advantage of people. But I have to say I was impressed they got me in and out of there quick so I could get back home to Tacoma Washington.

“We use Walmart from time to time for our oil changes for our trucks and vans. Usually it’s easy and not a long wait.
Only 1 out of 4 times I’ve been there was there ever a problem and it was due to a staff issue and their protocol so my typical 45min service took 1.5hrs (that day I was not a happy camper).
Friendly staff and competitive pricing.”
“Absolutely amazing job and great price. I called about five places looking for a quote on changing my serpentine belt and they were all almost $100 more than what I was charged here.
Since I diagnosed the car myself other places also wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee ranging from $80-$200. When I called honest auto care there was a lovely lady on the phone who said they would be happy to check it free of charge and if it was just that I needed to tighten the pulley they would do that as opposed to replacing it without confirming. I dropped my vehicle off this morning, and was able to pick it up by lunchtime with my new belt. Everyone here was so courteous and kind”
