“Micki was very professional and explained everything to me about what should be replaced now and what could wait. Did not try to make me replace items on my car that didn't need to be replaced right now and have my charges be more. Also, gave me discounts. Very customer service friendly. Will continue to take my car there for service”

“Harsh Skeptic here. Had a major issue and they installed the 800$ part for the lowest amount of labor I've ever seen. *** Update. Went back 7 years later (Aug 2026) with a 2015 Cadillac ATS, just needed Transmission fluid changed (and filter). Total was 1k. Billed 460 labor which @90 min job equates to $310 per hour. Always get a quote first. Also, this is AFTER I dropped car off Wed (night before appointment). He (last name Duran) called me Thursday, said would get it done friday. Friday called said it would be sat. Drove down there at 430 pm sat. He locked himself out of building/system, and said he had to keep my car till Monday. Very unprofessional while at the samed time charging approximately double the appropriate rate (arguable). He was polite, but that in no way excuses price or delayed service issue. Apparently this is Not the same people who were there 7 years ago - this ain't your mothers Gaynor's - be careful!! I will definitely not be back.”

“Grease Monkey absolutely earned a new loyal customer. My usual shop was slammed, so I stopped in here...and I’m glad I did. I was in and out in under 15 minutes, no hassle, no upsell pressure, just fast and efficient service. They even vacuumed out my car for free, which was a completely unexpected bonus. Great value, even better customer service. See you again in 3,000 miles!”

“Walked in and was met by a nice lady named Christina and a man named James . They greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. Made me feel relaxed right away. I came in for a brake evaluation and they were honest about what needed to be done. The price was in my budget and the lifetime warranty on my brake pads made this a sure yes for me. “Took my car to Stevens Auto Service and had such a good experience. Troy was great from the start. Super friendly, easy to talk to, and genuinely honest. They got my car fixed and back to me within a day. The pricing was very fair and I appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell me or make me feel dumb about anything. You can tell Troy actually cares about his customers and wants people to leave feeling taken care of. My Yukon is running better than ever and I’ll absolutely be coming back here from now on. Thank you Troy!!!”

“We had a problem where the dipstick fell into the pan. It was a bummer for them and for me as well but they were diligent and hit it head on and took care of me as a customer. I appreciate their graciousness and tenacity in resolving the problem. Even though we had this problem that happened they took responsibility and handled it. They didn’t charge for the oil change because of this problem and offered it.”

“I brought my new Lease into the service center for its first service. I was impressed with Esma, I had a 8am appt. , she processed the vehicle on time and I recieved my vehicle back in less than 1 hour. While there I also purchased a new battery for my daughter's car. The parts department opens at 7:30am. It was impressive that the sales person was friendly and helpful this early in the morning. They had the battery I needed in stock for my daughter's 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix. This battery transaction was less then 10 mins. Great Service!!”

Before I could even express my concerns, he looked up my car model and walked me through the options. He explained where the warranty is on my receipt. Super smooth transaction. A+ Customer service”
