It is staffed by extremely knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and polite people who are eager to offer personal service. The store has everything needed for homesteading, beer brewing, garden setup, or home repair, and is a go-to for paint lines like Clark's Kensington and Benjamin Moore. While prices are slightly above average, the excellent customer service more than makes up for it compared to big box stores. The store is also generous in supporting local causes. Customers highly recommend it as a better, more informed alternative to larger corporations.

I’m extremely grateful for Nathan and the team helping me purchase my husband a new smoker for our anniversary. Not only was there a really good deal, but they were able to deliver it to my home as well. Everyone was so helpful and kind!
