I was given updates every Tuesday and Thursday with estimated dates of completion which they met. The staff was pleasant and reassuring. My car was beautiful, after the repairs. The paint matched perfectly, the new parts were exactly”
“Good guys, they repaired my truck with substantial damage many years ago in 2018 and did a good job with it, the work has held up nicely. Today, I came in for a warranty repair on some trim and badging starting to peel off due to the glue tape failing with age and they replaced it all promptly at no charge and were nice about it. My friend and I were on the roadtrip across Washington heading back to Canada when our front brakes started making weird metal sounds and not responding well. Fortunately we found Alfonso's automotive close by and, despite being busy in the middle of the day, they took us in straight away and found the both front brake rotors were cracked and needed immediate replacement. They were able to find the needed parts in town and got us back on the road by the end of the day (with a bunch of apples, too, haha!). Honest, friendly, well priced - highly recommend!

“This company has great batteries and service. When my Infiniti stopped running while visiting Yakima, the Nissan dealer said they would not work on it. But Yakima Battery was willing to take it and work it into their very full schedule! They replaced the alternator and battery (plus identified and repaired another problem with the car).”
