Chase has excellent service and professional nice people. The people at the Nobhill location failed miserably and the people at the location were able to help and add a person to your account. Great service and very good service were taken over a bad experience at the Nobhill location. Both really appreciate the effectiancy and care taken. People have Chase years and never change. They hope to have a location if moving to Arizona or Yakima and they will continue using Chase.
Only trouble i have is when they turn my credit card off after every transaction lol

They removed the ATM from inside. It was the only ATM there that allowed you to pull out $1 bills. The one outside in front only does $5 as smallest and the drive-thru only does $20s. Now if I want $1s, I have to TALK to a teller. That specific ATM helped me avoid all that and the lines. Also, the remodel is truly awful.
